Came in to this restaurant for the first time today and wantwd to try out the Pineapple Fried Rice. Asked host "Simon" if they had the dish and if it comes inside the pineapple, in a condescending manner he said "of course the rice has pineapple in it! I proceed to order the dish and pay extra for jumbo shrimp. Once I arrive home, I immediately notice that there is no pineapple in the rice and only 2 shrimp in the dish. I take the meal back and inform "Simon" that there are only 2 shrimp and no pineapple. His response was "that there are 7 shrimp and what did I want the whole pineapple in the rice?" After his nasty demeanor and undertones, I told him it didnt matter at that point and I wanted my money back. Simon was rude and extremely impatient to be in the customer service/restaurant industry. He proceeded to huff and puff while issuing me a refund and didnt even bother to try and right the wrong. Simon even took another order while assisting me and didnt want to give me a receipt until I asked for one, slapping it down on the counter and not giving it to me in my hand. This was a very bad and unfortunate first experience for this establishment, I will not be returning.

Sad to see how badly the food has deteriorated at this place. I started ordering 2 years ago, the food was always cooked well and recipes were excellent. The last 4 orders over the last 3 months have been terrible. Missing ingredients, chicken under cooked and the sauces taste burned in several dishes. Needless to say I am done with FM168. I hope you can fix all the food issues you are having, hate to see another Lisle restaurant go out of business.

I had the kung pao beef and vegatable fried rice. Both delicious, however the hot and sour soup smelled and tasted like the inside of a vacuum cleaner.
