NEVER going back. My debit/credit card information was stolen by a employee(s) after a drive-thru transaction where I was given a fake receipt showing my order was unpaid even though my card was charged. My card information was stolen and registered to online ordering systems and used at local food locations where my signature was forged and charged for 6-fraudulent transactions with hundreds of dollars from places I have never been within a 4-day span. Management did not handle the situation professionally and it has been 2-weeks and I am still being inconvenienced by the situation. I never once received an apology or a response from management after I requested their cameras be checked.

It never fails every time I go there they are EXTREMELY rude, slooooooow, and they charge for everything. I have asked for less potatoes and extra gravy and yet they still charge for extra gravy. I asked for ketchup and they gave me 2 packs and when I asked for more then 2 they tried to charge me. I had to go to McDonalds and they gave me a whole handful for free.

Service sucks I went today to get some food not only was I in line for almost a hour but they didnt get my order right if I could give this place a -10 I would the guy was not listening to what we was ordering then when we pulled up to the window he had a attitude JUST WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!! 03/04/17

Manager was rude. Answered the phone while taking our order when there were other workers around to answer the phone. They couldnt get our drinks right. They were using 2 liters of soda that was flat. Will never go back to this location again.

Popeyes has great chicken. As for service the location on Lewis is as slow as Christmas. Green Bay and Martin Luther King is the fastest and by far the best location if you want Quality service. And you always get a smile.

Always waiting. Everytime I come here (drive through) I always find myself waiting in the side parking lot. Never have I actually been able to order and drive straight out. The food is good but god are they slow.

Only problem with this place is that they are ridiculously slow with the drive thru. Many times they are backed up out of their parking lot. Food is good though.
