Your establishment located on 159th in calumet city doesnt take the matter of food poisoning seriously. I reached out to them in regards to my 3yr old daughter being sick after eating your food and they never returned my call as they stated they would. Once I told them I would take legal matters in regards to the situation they decided to reach out to me at 730p to state they would call me tomorrow ... I will never ever ever eat at your establishment again. You guys dont deserve my money and you dont have a care in the world for your customers . The management at this establishment is a joke . They have no true concern or care of the health and safety of their customers . I hope your whole corporation goes under .

I was forced to give them a star just to post a review! This location is by far the most disgusting restaurant they have. My sister and nieces all have food poisoning after eating here. We called several times and were told we would get a call back. It wasnt until we threatened them with legal actions that they actually called us back. Even during that call we were disrespected as if we did something wrong. The manager then hung up on us mid conversation. I do not recommend going here. Their food is horrible and their customer service is just as bad!!

Chris took my order, & he was very nice, but whoever/woman that said, "Excuse me, maam; I need him to go to the freezer," upset me, she actually destroyed me, so, I was unable to dine in & had to go to my car to cry.

5 stars because my friend once went on himself after eating 15 burgers from here. It was like he exploded in his pants. I couldnt stop laughing and still managed to finish my 15 burgers.
