Its a shame because I like the food, but the customer service is what stops me from going here 95% of the time. Out of all the fast food restaurants in the area, I have NEVER experienced worse service than I have at this White Castle. It doesnt matter if I go at breakfast time, lunch time or late at night. Someone on the staff is always rude or just unprofessional. There have been serveral occasions where I pull up to the drive thru and they say "one minute" and I sit there for 10 minutes. They must make each order fresh, because when I get to the window its always at least 5 minutes (usually more) before I get my order. But somehow the fries are always luke warm and/or soggy. The final straw for me was when they gave me the complete wrong order. I parked and tried to go in, and the doors were locked at 10 PM (even though there are several signs saying that the lobby is open 24 hours). A couple employees looked over at me, Im sure they could see I had a White Castle bag in my hand. But of course, no one bothered to come over and unlock the door. I had to get back in the drive thru line...... so overall that day, I spent over an hour there waiting in lines, and the way that the employees handled it was just completely unprofessional and they were rude, as if I was the one in the wrong. When they were the ones who gave me a different order. So, I will never go back to this location after that. It seems like the entire staff needs to be fired and start over, or retrain them. You would never experience that kind of customer service at the McDonalds down the street, because their employees know how to treat customers. Ive never been disrespected there or treated poorly. Also, many of the workers at White Castle look sloppy or have dirty uniforms. Whenever I go in, or see one of them come out of the restaurant, they just dont look put together at all. Again, thats why I go to the McDonalds down the street, where everyone looks clean and put together, and treats you with kindness and respect.

Its on a very busy intersection that makes it difficult to get in-and-out of from the road .Going through the drive-through I asked if I could have extra salt on my burgers. Instead of them putting salt on my burgers with their shakers, (which would have taken about 1 &1/2 seconds) they gave me salt packets to salt my own burgers. I paid almost $10 for 5 small little sliders and 5 small little cheese sticks. And Im driving .Its like they have no idea how difficult it is to open up a bag open up a Burger open up a salt packet sprinkle the salt on my Burger while Im driving on the road!!! I always get buyers remorse

The home of the original slider! These little burgers are delicious! 4 sliders in a combo with side and drink. Real beef cooked on a flat top, served with pickles and onions on fresh bread! Simple and satisfying. My wife and my son and I shared a 10 slider combo with 2 sides and 2 drinks. Perfect amount for us. 4-3-3 with my son having 4. We also purchased a crave case with 30 sliders to eat at home the next few days. We put them in the freezer and theyre good to go whenever you want them after a short nuke!

This place needs a change on management! 15 years of eating White Castle, with only a few negative experiences along the way, today I was served the nastiest white castle burgers...EVER! To top that off, the employees were rude, even thought I said "good morning", and "thank you"! I stopped in the morning on my way into work, so after i returned with the nasty burgers. Manager was not apologetic, or nice! Move on! So many other options in the area!

I love white castles burgers. Especially their jalapeño sliders. Last time we ordered a crave case they kind of did it in too much a hurry and forgot a few pickles in some of the burgers but other than that, the service is pretty good.

Drive through is extremely SLOW. It took 15 minutes to get from ordering to pickup window. Then another long wait for food. There were only 4 cars in drive through. No reason for such a long wait.
