Stopped at store 7267 for french toast sticks the other day, didnt realise syrup was optional till I got to work. Stopped for a double ham croisanwich this morning,(reciept #242) it wasnt hot, or warm but refrigerator COLD on the first bite? The last few whoppers Ive picked up have grissel in every bite? Couldnt find any type of email address regarding their service comments. Didnt call a number listed as i didt want any free coupon/food ect. Guess theyre not interested in my experience. Maybe thats why its always empty when I go there-YA THINK?

Just picked up breakfast. Specifically said NOT sausage, because she said breakfast meal 1 and I said no, ham on 2 and no meat on one. She responded like duh, yes I know. Of course I got home and had 2 sausage croissants and one no meat. No ham at all. I hate breakfast sausage! I cant go back because I have my granddaughter and dont want to bundle her up and put her back in the carseat. I dont usually complain online but I am so aggravated. If you question if they gave you the right thing they should check and not give you attitude.

Closed early. Didnt answer us at the drive thru for 10 mins. We pulled around to the window and caught a lady there. She gave us the throat cut sign and mouthed were closed through the window. It was still 3 mins till closing time at this point in time. This is why Burger King has the lowest rated service, and is going under. Sell the Whopper to McDonalds fire your methhead employees and close your Fing doors you s*%thole dinosaur of a fast food chain.

The store us convenient and easy to get to, the service is great, and its not very busy. The issue (s) is the cleanliness. ..the tables and chairs/booths need to be cleaned and the bathrooms are atrocious- dont go in one wearing sandles or good shoes

They always make you go to the front and wait. What is the point of a drive thru if u have to go wait everytime? One time I waited over 10 mins. I received my food today uncooked as cold. And I didnt get a receipt.

It was clean ,fast service and very friendly . One of the employees even offered to throw away are tray of garbage . She was very nice. I will always come back to this Burger King :).

Usually good service, usually good food, my only issue is almost every visit I spot a employee actually hiding being on their cell phone while Im still waiting for my food.
