I dont even have any words for this location! Terrible! My food looked as if it soaked in grease...old grease would be an understatement. More like the fryer wasnt even on, as if the food soaked in warm grease. Then I called and the general manager said "if you come back tonight your food will look and taste the same because one side of the fryer is broken and they cant filter it". Why would youll still sell any fried food then?! They need to remove that photo above of the fries because mine looked nothing like it, they were a dark brown almost black and soggy. Just disgusting! Refund please, first and last visit!

Unbelievable... If I could get them a negative stars I would. First, they were taking their job seriously. They were laughing and joking like it was a game. They couldnt get an order right. I ordered a chicken sandwich but they gave me a burger. The customer service was terrible. They got upset that I called and asked for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE, if you want Checkers it another one down the road with WAY better service.

First visit in over 20 years! Food hit the spot for a quick bite. Unfortunate incident with employee and disgruntled "visitor" ( with non-Guest or customer behavior). Employee would not stop engaging only to cause escalation. After management intervention, things settled. It took some time but eventually was able to order food.

Service was ridiculous and they kept messing up my order in the food was nasty and sloppy burgers have no taste too much ketchup too much everything just sloppy maybe they should hire new workers someone whos going to take their job very serious and treat others with kindness

Ordered a double checker and received a single. Went in to get correct burger and was given someones meal. Went back and finally got correct burger only.
