I came here to eat a number 10 ultimate chicken sandwich and my brother ordered a limited edition ultimate chicken club sandwich. The problem is that I received a number 9 which doesnt come with lettuce and tomatoes and costs less. My brother received his chicken sandwich without bacon which was the main difference between the ultimate chicken sandwich and the one that is limited edition. We usually dont like to complain because we dont have high standards for fast food since mistakes happen but, just to make sure we werent in the wrong we asked if the number 10 came with lettuce and tomatoes and she acted like the question bothered her and said it didnt come with that when the website and picture both clearly show that there is lettuce and tomatoes on it. When we asked about the limited edition ultimate chicken club not having bacon she said that they didnt sell that item. We left it at that but, they definitely charged us for it which is a higher than the price of the regular ultimate chicken sandwich. The attitude problem of the employee and them getting the order wrong is what made me give them this bad review.

I ordered three hamburgers only ketchup they got the whole order wrong the lady on the phone was rude her name was Rebecca when I asked for another manager she told me she was the only one there I asked for a refund she told me they dont do refunds so my aunt went up there and sure enough there was another manager and she got me the refund this sonic sucks I wouldnt recommend it the people are rude and my food tastes like they havent cleaned their grills on a week it made my stomach hurt

Today the service was amazing. I think the lady was the manager, based off of her professionalism and demeanor. However I wss there a on Sunday May 22 2016 and the young African American heavy set gurl was so rude and unprofessional, our children need to have better customer service skills, if they want to be more successful. If you have a bad attitude, or dont like your job, stay your ass at home.

So disappointed. Dont have a Sonic by me. Was excited for such a beautiful day for a drive thru NW Indiana and passing a Sonic in Cal CIty. Wait was forever, slushy was good. 2.60 for 5 onion rings, 3 of them small. Cheesburger was good but not napkins and ketchup packets as requested and they answered yes when I asked. Cant decide if I will try it again if I pass by.

This location is not good at all. My food was cold. The burger was dry. They dont give you any napkins or condiments. The customer service was awful. Sonic in the southern states is much better. I will not go back to the Calumet City location. Very disappointing.

The foods okay, but the drinks are great. So many drink options on the menu, plus you can combine and customize your drinks in so many ways, it seems impossible to try all the different possible drinks. Sure would like to try though

Sonic in my opinion is pricey. It cost me $9.06 for a #10 chicken sandwich meal, however my chicken sandwich was hot, & nice in size. My fries were very warm, but not hot. I wil return again to try orher sandwichs, & fruity drinks.

First time @ Sonic, the food was excellent the Cheeseburger in particular, however the customer service could definitely use some Improvement in the way they speak to customers Ordered 4 meals & received 1 napkin..urk!..

Nasty attitudes. The ladies fixing the food did not have on hair nets. One girl had long braids hanging in the condiments. I will NEVER go there again. I wish I could have given them a half star.

Food is good and priced right. Kids love watching the food arrive at their window and seeing employees on roller skates. We had trouble with parking on our latest visit though.

The food is actually pretty good, especially the shakes. It does take a long time for the workers to get the food to you. At least 5+ minutes waiting after you order.
