Well first i tried to order food in drive through and the guy said to hold on leaving his head set on for me to hear him say about flexing then i said hello i ordered my food from manager then and i told them how i wanted it made and how i was upset about him playing around when i was trying to oreder my food. The manager at that time kept trying to tell me to come back in on Saturday. To talk to someone else. I asked for the toll free number to report the bad experience she gave me a number that went back to her. Then i got my food and i left i got home and it had the stuff on there i told them to take off. I call her up on phone said food messed up she said cant do anythong about it until sat.now why is that i pay almost 40 to them and i cant get it replaced i go up there to see why and she and other co workers was laughing about it and still refused to give me what i order. Im not happy about this and our community. How it is changed in cahokia.well i hope they figure out what they doing or fire those who dont want to do their job if they want to play send them home .i will never go back there again. So sad

For the most part, no issues with food or service until tonight between 12:45 to 1:15 when I ordered two spicy tostadas. The red sauce was wayyyyyy off, like they put burnt corn oil or something. It was nasty!!!! We went back to exchange for two cheesy bean and rice burrotos. Most of the rice wasnt even cooked and hard. Luckily it was only two dollars but jeez, cmon!!! So disappointed.

The service was horrible i ask the manager Amber to drop something fresh she told me she did but didnt it was cold. I came inside she was so rude she advised me that it would take 15 to 20 mins for a small pie the lady in drive threw said 7mins but she would rather give me my money back then give me a fresh pie she was rude to me in front of everyone in the lobby.

Absolutely disgusting, the food was hot but my friends Fiesta potatoes had a hair in it. After already dealing with a pricing issue, this was not something he wanted to deal with. Overall, it was a bad experience and we will not be returning to this location.
