Went there today for a late lunch around 3:00 pm , not a rush hour . One star is giving way too many . We placed our order and sat at the table to the left of the counter ,after 15 min still no food. Finally they brought our food but it wasnt ours so the lady picked up from our table after us touching it and took it straight to the next table . Waited another 10 min and they had to take our receipt because they couldnt find our order. Finally got half our order and had to go to the counter to request the other half twice . While there manager yelled at employees for cussing then coached another employee about walking out back and leaving the fryer unattended an everyone heard her telling her and others about her write up. To top everything off the tacos sucked because they some how were burned on the outside and raw in the middle. My jumbo Jacks had sat up there so long the lettuce was hot and nasty. Bad experience over all dont think well be back to that location .

Stop by there every morning and usually no problems but here lately the food is been terrible.....I ordered tacos and its like they were made at midnight and then reheated when I ordered them at 5 am and was unable to eat them and for the one who acually placed them in the packets...would you of ate them!!!!! Not pleased at all looks like ill have to find a new place to eat!!!

The staff were very professional and helpful but also had a good sense of humor all around a great place to eat the food was fantastic good job Jack in the box crew you made my experience the best

There is nothing here that I could say is bad. For a fast food restaurant, their food is good and the waiting time is great. It is a good place for a quick bite in my opinon.

Longest wait of my life. Food was cold and I found a hair in my food ((disgusting))! Very disappointed and they want 15$ an hour! Sorry excuse for workers if you ask me!

Went thru drive thru, ordered Ultimate Cheeseburger meal with curly fries n 2 tacos. Got 2 tacos, breakfast sandwich. Didnt realize till i was home....a hour away.
