Samantha the "Manager" on duty is very rude and un professional while explaining what mustakes were made on such a simple order she hung up on me. called back 6x before the guy who took my order answered when i asked to speak to Samantha he giggled and said she stepped out side. its sad everytime i come to this location my orders are ALWAYs Wrong. i love tacobell and its conveniently on my way home but ill never spend another penny in such a unprofessional, inaccurate, unorganized but most importantly DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE establishment. if i could -⭐ this i would

I asked for an Enchireto my roommate brought it home the sauce was watered down real bad you can see the water less sauce,there was no cheese on top.This looked like meat filled wrap with red water over it...Worst encharito I have ever had from a Taco Bell..i remember years ago it use to come with black olives.i have ate these for years.someone please instruct your employee on how these are to be made.the taste looks and appearance was horrible

I ordered the new steak burrito and it came with chips and cheese sauce as I was dipping my chip a brownish black hair was in my cheese I called and told them what had happen and he said very rudely " okay are you wanting your money back or something " I just hung up I will never eat there again I cant even eat the burrito Im so grossed out

Very warm enviroment. Workers are very helpful caring and attentive. Seem to be on their toes Always greeted and treated with respect. Very clean. This Taco Bell has better taste, fresher food and welcoming Staff.. Good experience everytime I go. THANKS EAST ALTON TACO BELL, YOUR A FINE EXAMPLE OF A TEAM.

Frankly I was drunk as hell and dont even remember ordering. No I wasnt driving. I inhaled my burritos. I woke up with some kind of awful acid re-flux and was super sick. Im not blaming Taco Bell but Im not going back for a long while.

Im in the drive thru and its taking so long that the only excuse is they are hand grinding the tortillas. I can literally feel my hair going grey at this point. If I dont make it please tell my family that I just wanted tacos..
