Order was all messed up. Called about it. Told to come back & they will give me the correct order. I go back, the manager did not replace everything, only what was messed up. Now the food that is right is cold. She told the people making the food that they needed to make it now. Well, they filled all the orders of the ones on the screen (inside dining & drive thru) before mine. Now, my other food is probably ice cold. When I said something about it, they said I was next. No, I should have been 1st. My order was placed 20 mins before the other orders were taken. I will NEVER go back. There are other Taco Bells that I can go to.

The staff was so sluggish and unprepared I couldve driven to the nearest taco bell elsewhere, ordered and drove back before I got my food. It took over 30 minutes to get 3 tacos, I was going to complain about the sad state of what they brought me on a tray after I ordered to go but I didnt want to wait longer..I hate giving 1s but I wish I could give zeroes here

I tried ordering food through the drive though and had a question about a meal and was given a snappy answer and heard the lady on the microphone and another employee laughing as if it was funny to be rude. The lady said she was laughing at someone in the lobby and it was very difficult trying to order so I drove off.

This is probably one of my favorite Taco Bells, which for fast food is saying a lot. Everyone here has always been really polite and the service has been great. The food always comes out great, and they dont skimp on the sauces in my food like just about every other tacobell does half the time.

So...... today I went there and the food was great and the restaurant was very clean but there was altercation where two guys were about to fight. And one had a gun. I was never so scared in my life. I dont recommend u stay and eat. Get your food and GO!!!

Horrible service the last time I was in here but I decided to try it again today same thing no one took our order after being in there for ten minutes so my family and I just walked out. I will not be going back.

The people were very nice . Bathrooms were super clean. Food was out in a timely manner. Seems like the perfect place to work. Also, the food was hot and pretty good. Thanks taco Bell lol :)

Always very busy in drive thru. Not very attentive when taking order. Had to repeat myself over and over to get the order correct. Food has always been good and made correctly.

Cleanest place in the area to eat. 1 person bathrooms. Average is $9.00 per person. I visit in the afternoon lunch time. Never had a problem.
