Woah.. ordered ahead of time online. Even wrote a cute "you guys ROCK" note. Took made and handed two walk in orders after I arrived 17 min after receiving confirmation email. A gentleman with only stained basketball shorts and a beater on walking around the back. Cashiers disappearing looking enough to cause 2 walk outs. The confirmation email said 10-20, nearly 45 minutes later Im asking where my pizza is and come to find out they forgot the desert, my stuff has been done sitting in the box. Another 11 minutes and bam! Got home. The drinks arent here. Every table was disgusting. Overall pretty horrible, you think I thought Id same time but here I am so pissed Im ranting 15 minutes passed latest bedtime.

I always order from them usually their on time well today I ordered from them at 11:05 it is Now 12:13 Ive been calling and calling to see whats going on with my order that Ive already paid for and they will not answer the phone Ive called them eleven times still no answer today was poor customer service my experience was bad for me today.

The restaurant is in need of major rennovations!!!! The carpet needs removing immediately as it smells of mildew. Its a far cry from what a Pizza Hut restaurant should look like on the inside. The lighting is terrible and dim in the kitchen. The owner needs to do a better job!!!

I enjoyed the food very much, but I waited for at least a half an hour before I received my order. Besides that, my order was waiting on me the entire time in the warmer storage.

Never put any chesse on the pizza. Even if you order extra youll get half the chesse as normal. Call and complain and they dont care.
