I arrived at this location 2 minutes prior to opening. My mother and I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru. After becoming extremely annoyed and irate, we parked the car to walk on the inside. To our surprise, the doors were still locked and through the window we could see a lady with tea in her hand. The overall experience was something that I have NEVER seen in my life. They certainly need new members of management and staff who take their jobs seriously. People who comprehend the significance of time management and punctuality. To say the least, we left and went to Chick fil a and came back to KFC to place an order. The employee stated that it would be " 5-10 minutes for the chicken strips. This place is absurd!!! A complete joke!

My son picked up 2 of the $5 meals and the only thing that was good was the drink. The chicken was small and dry. The potatoes and cookie was nasty. The biscuit was on top of the mashed potatoes container which Im sure they did have gloves on when they touched the top on the potatoes so that was a waste. I end up giving the food to the dogs. It really wasnt fit for them but I didnt want to put it in the garbage and my son was gone so I couldnt take it back. In no way do I want to eat from there again. They have went down down down.

They are awful. Poorly ran and managed and there is ALWAYS a long wait. As soon as I get to the speaker they as me to hold...after ive already waited five minutes. Today they didnt give me my cookie for my kids $5 meal and last time the young lady tried to tell me my meal didnt come with a drink when it CLEARLY said it did on the menu. Im sick of them. They need new managers and better employees.

Ordered 2 of the $5 meals one with strips the other with a leg and thigh. My husband bit into the thigh and said it didnt taste right. I smelled it and it smelled bad. He said the leg tasted ok. The strips in the other meal was very small. Not even worth $5. Better off driving elsewhere for better service.

My husband went in to pick up 4 buckets of chicken for Mothers Day. He waited 57 minutes. 28 customers were served while he sat. No apologies. They were angry at him for saying he had been waiting too long. This experience was very upsetting. We will never go back.

Worst service ever and they trust to have and attitude. Called in an order of hot wings came 20 min later hadnt been drop then they tell me they had cut the grease off it had to warm up and all they wanted to do was give me a drink.

This is another trip into this same KFC and this time only had to wait 45 minutes for some grilled chicken. If you are not going to put it out on the buffet - timely!! - stop making it available and Ill know not to come here!!!!!!!!
