IT WAS OUR ANNIVERSARY AND MY HUSBAND, ME AND OUR TWO BOYS WERE OUT TO CELEBRATE IT. WE DINED HERE BEFORE AND LOVED IT. WE HAD A NICE TABLE BY THE WINDOW. UNFORTUNATELY, THE ATMOSPHERE DID NOT MATCH THE FOOD. THE WAIT STAFF SPILLED WATER ON OUR TABLE TWICE. NOT THE WORST OF IT. THE ASSISTANT WAITRESS PLACED THE BREAD BASKET ON MY HUSBANDS MENU. OK..WE WILL LET THAT SLIDE TOO. BUT THE FOOD DID NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTIONS. THE APPETIZER WE ORDERED FOR MY SON WAS DESCRIBED AS THIN SLICES OF RIB EYE AND DILL SAUCE ON SIDE. IT CAME AS AN EXTREMELY RARE SLICE OF PRIME RIB WITH BALSAMIC ALL OVER IT. OK..LET THAT ONE SLIDE TOO. BUT MY HUSBANDS PRIME RIB WAS UNSEASONED AND TOUGH. MY OLDEST SONS TENDERLOIN MEDALIONS WERE TOO TOUGH TO CHEW. I ORDERED THE MARGHERITA SEAFOOD. IT WAS DESCRIBED AS LEMON GARLIC SAUCE AND SUN DRIED TOMATOES. THE TOMATOES WERE REGULAR, OVERLY RIPE TOMATOES MIXED INTO AN EXTREMELY BITTER LEMON SAUCE. I THINK THE CHEF PREPARED THE SAUCE WITH THE RINDS IN TACT AND FORGOT THE GARLIC. UNEDIBLE. MY HUSBAND TRIED IT AND WHINCED. ON A GOOD NOTE, MY YOUNGEST HAD THE NEW YORK STRIP WHICH HE ENJOYED. THE BILL CAME AND IT WAS ABOUT $200.00. WHEN SHE RAN MY CC, IT CAME UP WITH THE DECIMAL IN THE WRONG PLACE. $17.80. HAD TO WAIT AGAIN TO FIX IT. ALL IN ALL, A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH A SPECAIL DAY. THERE WAS A WEDDING PARTY AT THE SAME TIME, SO WE WERE TOLD OVER AND OVER THAT CERTAIN ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE (LIKE A WINE GLASS AND CERTAIN CUT OF PRIME RIB) DUE TO THIS. ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWS THIS IS A NO NO.I DONT MIND PAYING FOR A GOOD MEAL. THIS, UNFORTUNATELY WAS NOT WORTH THE $$.

This is the finest restaurant in the area. Have been here many times and have NEVER been disappointed. This is where we take friends, family or just go for a great meal. The menu is 5 star and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the wait staff are adults that do a great job. The layout is an old Victorian hose with dining in many different rooms. The only downside is the tiny bar area, but they dont keep you waiting long.
