Gill street is a great little hole in the wall bar situated in the middle of a residential area. Its owned by B/N natives and their beer garden is very large and features 2 sand volleyball courts where tournaments are held regularly. The food is good, but slightly small portions for the cost ($7-$8 sandwiches). The booze is fairly priced and specials are adequate. Great place if youre looking to sit down and relax with friends while avoiding "the club" scene.

Only ate here once, heard everyone rave about the Pizza but did not eat the Pizza. Ate here a while ago - was not impressed. The dinner salad & onion rings were palpable but thats it. Try Shooters lounge for better food. The atmosphere was poor at Gil St. as well.

Great place for lunch or supper. Casual atmosphere,good menu. Only reason for 4 stars is last server we had disappointing. Brought food,no silverware, never refilled water-4 of us at table all drinking h2o. Other than that have been there few times always sayisfied.

They call themselves a sports bar yet dont have any game in HD. They also dont have the NFL Network or any "sports packages". Having cable does not count as being a sports bar. The food is okay and the service is always a hit or miss.

Not too far off the beaten path but far enough so that it isnt overly crowded. The food is decent and the prices are very competitive. A friend and I were able to order an appetizer, sandwiches and fries, and multiple beers for $40.

The food was slow, cold, and inaccurate. I only saw 2 waitresses the whole time I was there. I imagine our food sat in the kitchen for a while. The table next to us waited even longer and their food was cold too.

Clean, but not great food. Pizza was mediocre. Most foods tasted like they just heat up commercially prepared frozen foods. They dont make any salad dressings in house either.

Pretty good bar with a good food menu. Their big draw is the sand volleyball. A lot of outdoor seating as well as a good amount inside.

Drinks are a bit pricey, but they have a very nice outdoor area for volleyball and dinner, and the inside is sizable and well kept.
