Food was pretty good, service was a bit slow but very friendly. Read online about a good bourbon selection but it was pretty limited. Had to explain to the server/bartender what a bourbon "neat" was. Place was spotless clean in the dining area and bathrooms. Would definitely go back when in the area.

There is a reason that the fish here was rated the best fish fry in DeKalb county. Good atmosphere and friendly people everywhere. We had a short wait until we had our fish but well worth waiting for. We will definitely be back!!!

Had the Wednesday special fish fry! Delicious! Love the Cajun potato salad! The old fashion cocktail made it feel like being "up north" on vacation! And, we beat the Friday night crowd!

Karlsbads is a great place to grab a burger, fish fry, or prime rib. The cajun potato salad is awesome and sometimes just go there so I can get that, and a cocktail or two of course!
