Food and drinks are great. In the past Ive had great service for lunch and dinner times. Recently (Summer 2017) I went to lunch with my colleague. We gave our order and it came out in a timely manner, but the waitress who delivered our food (not the waitress that served our table) just tossed our wings and sides on the table. We were slightly confused, whose was who and she didnt even bother to help or asked us if we needed anything else, which my co-worker did. Then our waitress came and put our tickets on the table and didnt ask if we were going to want anything else, making a comment about not wanting to keep us too long. While I appreciate the consideration, my colleague wasnt done ordering, the waitress had to re-print her ticket twice (wasting paper). Then when we talked to the manager, he tried to make excuses when we said we felt ignored and rushed. I would have appreciated if our waitress would have asked us if we were in a rush and then been more attentive in her service. Also I didnt appreciate the trying to be reasoned with for poor service. Now Im hesitate to go back, because I know I can get better service at even fast food places.

I walked into this establishment to partake in fine eatery with various peers, only to find their table was not big enough and thus multiple tables had to be conjoined to suit our minimalistic needs. After this atrocity, one of my peers was quite hungry and saw left over eatery upon an abandoned table. Driven by desperation for food, he took the chance to retrieve some of the food. The staff of the establishment seemed to not approve of this efficient use of what would be wasted food, however, as they scolded us and threatened to force us to exit the establishment. Poor service. Would not recommend.

Food was great, but the service was bad. If you ever get a waitress named Trisha just go ahead and ask for another server because youll have to do it later anyway. Ive had her twice as my waitress and both times we had to call another waiter/waitress to get our drinks refilled, silverware, napkins, etc. She never checked back on us a single time until we had to flag her down for our checks and then she never even came back to pick up our money so we had to go to the take-out counter to pay. So like I said the food was great, but the service was terrible.

All around BAD. Server (Thomas L. on 03-02-11) acted as though he was doing us a favor to serve us and appeared to be on drugs. Draught beer: Sent it back. Tasted stale and flat like the keg had not been changed, second beer was different selection, same problem stale/flat. Wings: sauce was good, but overcooked and dry as sawdust. Cool like they had been sitting around under a warmer. I have been to BWW in 2 other states and have quite enjoyed them. This one IN Paducah obviously fails due to LAZY / UNCONCERNED MANAGEMENT

Wherever you people get the bad reviews about this paticular location is beyond me. The cleanliness serviced android managment far surpassed anything Ive seen in a long long time. The kitchen made one tiny minute error on out order, not only did the managment ant server become highly appologetic but comped the meal and brought 2 other meals to go with it. The food was still wonderful and so was the serviced. This place has management you cant find anywhere else in america,

Horrible service. Dirty tables. Long waits. But nice quality napkins. This is not a good place to eat at. The waiter was giving me attitude for spilling my drink on her. They messed. My order up in stead of chicken wings she gave me chicken breast. Oh my gosh I was ticked. The manager came and cussed me out. At this point I was half drunk so I just called an uber

We showed up in a group of 4. We let the hoists know that there could be as many as 12 coming we didnt know. This is are 2pm after we had all been at a car show all day. They refused to seat and serve us until more of our party arrived. After 3 different people and the manager running his mouth we finally go seated. Wont be going her again for a while.

My friend was hungry and the ppl there got mad bc he ate food that the workers didnt get to fast enough and he beat them to it and had some and like I said they got angry and we were scared of the sauce and we were getting screamed at in the store which I did not get a kick out of nor derive pleasure from. Halfway okay food. Requested to be seated in the bar side and was seated as far away from the bar as possible. Only saw the waitress 3 times the whole time is was there, she helpfully listed every type of soda they had and seem reluctant to serve me a beer, kind weird for a sports BAR.

Have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for a while now but it seems like everytime I go to one the chicken quality gets less and less, smaller and smaller. Even though the sauce is always really good the actual Wing quality is starting to get kind of bad.

Been here over 30 mintues, yet to have our drink order taken. When we got up to leave the manager stopped us to ask what was wrong, when we told him all he had to say was "im sorry youre unhappy with that". Worthless staff, worthless management.

When traveling they will NOT accommodate you if you call ahead to preorder to save you time. Your going to have to wait and plan on taking a hour to your trip time. I guess at over a dollar a wing you would expect a little better service

Wonderful waitress that provided wonderful service. Food was hot, fast and delicious. Great selection of sports on their endless monitors and if there is something you want theyre more than happy to put it on for you.

I love the food but hate EVERYTHING else. The music is ridiculously loud and they will NOT turn it down at all even with customers complaining. We walked out tonight without ordering and I will NEVER go back.

Wide variety of choices, food was grest...but 5 people and bill was $83...almost $100 with tip: no appetizers, no alcohol. Too much for fast food.
