Ordered the shrimp Alfredo and cheese bread. We had this delivered using tupelo2go. The bread was good. The food was cold.The Alfredo was very soupy and bland. It had absolutely no flavor. Had 4 of our fellow employees taste it jus to me sure it wasnt just us. I called nautical whimsey to let them know we were not satisfied with this $30 plate of Alfredo a rude gentlemen answered the phone and pretty much argued with me about how it taste basically told me I was lying, I also heard a very rude lady in the back ground saying thats not true. Needless to say they didnt apologize or fix my order or even offer too, and we will not ever be ordering from ther again plus the other 6 people that work with us will not as well. Very high priced for poor quality food I do not recommend them to ne one! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Our first visit was late this afternoon, we were very shocked since we had no idea what to expect from just looking this location up on the internet. The staff was absolutely the most pleasant and people pleasing I have met in 10 years plus, and I am in restaurants daily. I was extremely pleased with how freshly prepared every single item that we ordered was prepared, and the wait time for that was not even as long as I would have thought considering that I know what it takes for freshly prepared, those guys were hustling!! The food was magnificent and the quantity on the plates for the extremely reasonable price totally wowed us!!! I think we have found our Italian Home Restaurant and it was right under our noses all along !!!! Thanks Nautical Whimsey from your NEW BOONEVILLE CUSTOMERS! !!!!

Takes way to long to get your order / food we arrived at 4 ordered steak immediately and finally had to get up and ask for my credit card back at 618 informed bar tender if steaks were not ready Id take or leave them just so happens he had them at the bar and I had to get it to go then I got a $120 bill for cold steaks that Im having to heat up at home.. this is b.s. to me and the service was subpar at best I doubt I will return anytime soon they are way overpriced and way overrated and I was once a regular customer

This restaurant is absolutely amazing with both quality of food and portions! Not one person had a negative thing to say in our party of six. We collectively had toasted ravioli and fried mozzarella as appetizers, Italian wedding soup, chicken parmesan, spinach chicken alfredo, lobster ravioli, shrimp gnocchi, and lasagna - all highly recommended! Although not particularly busy, service was great! Will definitely come back - just have to time it well as their hours are a little obscure.

Ive been a customer of The Whimsey for many years. Their entrys are so large, I always take home leftovers, and I weigh over 200-lbs. So when dining at the Whimsey, its like getting 2 for the price of 1. They have the best Lazogna I have ever tasted. Many times I bring guests to the Restaurant for the first time, and they become regular customers.

Very cozy place, delicious food, and very friendly service. The buffet was wonderful, along with the creme brulee. After learning Im vegetarian, the chef whipped up a deliciously creamy and rich vegetarian dish just for me! Will definitely go back there the next time im in Tupelo!.

The bartender was very rude this afternoon!! Acted like he was put out by getting us our food and drinks. Then we had no control over how we tipped his behavior because it was added to bill. 18% for him to act like a jerk. Customer service is not what it use to be.
