Not sure why anyone would be a repeat customer to this place. Food was overcooked. A potato loaded griller should not have chewy rock hard potatoes in it nor is there any reason for it to be cold, not after I had to wait so long. Took 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and there were only 5 cars ahead of us. Customer service was even awful, the girl at the drive thru had the personality of a brick!!! No apology for the wait, not a thing! I am just thankful that we were driving thru this area on our way home from Chicago and now know better than to stop here again.

Stood in lobby for nearly ten minutes waiting for service. One lady was in the bathroom, one sat in full view in the back room while the third did everything else. We opened the door three additional times to get there attention with the door tone They were not friendly, there was no "customer service". The one employee who was doing everything was nice enough but clearly as annoyed as we were. Definitely not coming back.

Went to the drive thru at 1:30AM. All the lights were on including the drive thru menu. Waited at the menu for 5 minutes, no one said anything. We drove up to the window to be greeted by a rude lady yelling at us through the window saying the were closed. If you are closed at 1:30 then update your hours.

Just went there and order to beefy nacho grillers ND 2 beefy 5layers I go to window pay and leave it go to eat my food ND the punk kid at the window gave me 2 crunchy tacos and 2 grillers with just meat on it real great job

Pulled up to the drive through. After waiting 5 minutes the punk kid with the crappiest attitude took my order. Pull up to the window, waited another 6 minutes and left. Wont be going back again.

I waited 10 min for 2 tacos and I was the only one in the restaurant. They did say sorry about the wait. However they also said that to the two people walking out when I came in. Not good

There are roaches in the backroom and hobos make your nachos but otherwise a great atmosphere. Just dont let Smelly Pete come too close
