Working in the area we have turned to KFC on more than a couple occasions. Service tends to be very slow. they have on more than a couple occasions been and i quote "out of chicken" during the lunch hour. also if you order biscuits and want butter you have to tell them, then make sure you actually got it. they seem to keep the butter on lock down in that place. and no 1 butter packet is not enough for 4 biscuits!!!! haha I feel like you have to pry the butter from their death grip there!

We got it for Mothers Day bc thats what mom wanted.... The meal was RUINED! The chicken was packed so tight in the bucket it all came out in on big, slimy blob, we only live approx 2 mi away, so its not like it all sat in there for an hour. If I wasnt so pissed I wouldve taken pictures.... Which I should have! Then we all got sick that night! It totally ruined our Moms day! NEVER AGAIN!!

Well I spent 61.00 and half my food was missing when I got home. About a 20 min trip. Called manager and complained. I was just going to have my son pick it up on the way home so I didnt have to go back out in the rain. He insisted I have receipt which my son did not have. Lying about chicken? Really. Keep my money you idiot!

Stopped on the way home, this store is 25 minutes from my house. The food was old (VERY dry chicken and the mac and cheese was dry and crusty). Called the store and they refused to help. I asked for a manager and you could actually hear them say "Act like you are the manager" to a co-worker. We will not return to this KFC.

Food qualify is as expected, the dining area was upgraded a year ago, but like the old tables and furniture the problem is a lack of cleaning after customer use. The place just seems to run at the bare minimum of staff which could be the reason why the dining area can be found dirty at times.

Stood in line for ten minutes and did not get acknowledged until we asked if there was some one working the register. Another worker said yes, theyd be right there. We ended up leaving because we were not served.

The Wauconda KFC is so-so. The chicken is good, biscuits good, the rest of the sides are not so good. Service is o.k. Place is somewhat clean, not perfect but acceptable.

I have never had good food from KFC and located in Locanda. It is always dry, tastes terrible and appears to have been sitting under the lights for much too long. Yuck!

Great chicken! The mashed potatoes, biscuits, and other sides on the menu (especially the cookies!) make for a good takeout if you want some of the Colonels cooking!
