What is wrong with the Addison Pizza Hut...I called Them last night 2-13-16 at 7pm. I made sure I had the twin falls, Idaho Addison store because I hate dealing with someone not in Twin. I have been living in the same address for the past 3 years and always get my Pizza from Addison, I live 4 tenths of a mile away...she told me I wasnt in their delivery area. Im 4 tenths of a mile from Addison and a mile from Blue Lakes store. She finally got that fixed. I ordered a personal pan BBQ BEEF...16 Honey BBQ Wings bone in and breaded...an 5 Cheese Stixs...I was told all the bone in Wings were breaded.... Was told delivery would be 35 to 40 minutes. 1hour and 5 minutes later my order arrived ... COLD...every thing cold ...breaded Wings Were Not Breaded...I had to reheat everything. 26.93 for Cold Food...Great...WTF... I Live 4 tenth of a mile away. I can walk there in 5 minutes....jeez. I should have called and complained last night, but I was to tired and to discusted. This wasnt the first time either... I hope Someone from Pizza Hut Management reads this... Maybe next time I try Dominos or Papa Johns.

Called and ordered, was told it would be a half hour. I am a pretty understanding person so I waited 50 minutes before calling them back. The lady said "oh it should be there anytime". Finally Got our food 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering another half our after calling and complaining. All our food was barely luke warm and had to reheat it. Wont be ordering from here anymore and deffinently not delivery.

The service here is better than the other Twin Falls location, but not by much. The atmosphere feels more updated, and the food has always been good, but everything feels...well...routine. The servers visit your table once after you order, to give you your check, and they leave you alone the rest of the time. This is usual for the magic valley, but there is nothing here to make me give a higher score.

I hate that girl name Rachel cant get my order right does not have my order on time calls me back to say we forgot to place your order in then she goes and talks bad about me in Hazelton Idaho yes I know who u are and so do u and u wonder y I dont order from u guys anymore

Employees are leagues better than the location on blue lakes, if you want to avoid rude and shoddy service and have decent location to sit in and eat, definetly avoid the blue lakes Pizza Hut and go to the addison pizza hut

Im not sure if these 5 star ratings are paid rating but Ive never had more than 2 star service from here. In fact this store is the reason that this loyal lifetime pizzahuter is now a papa johns loyalist.

Typical Pizza Hut but the service is horrible. 50% of the time my order is wrong. Theyll fix it but are a little rude about it.
