My initial phone call i received a nice girl who was polite and courteous. This is how one of the two pizzas I ordered arrived(see picture) . After calling back to let them know half the pizza on one of them was smashed, I was placed on hold for almost 5 minutes, before a manager got on the line saying his employee was going off about someone having a complaint and he needed to know what exactly was wrong. After explaining my pizza was smashed he said hed put a new one in but was insistent on getting the smashed pizza back. Now I cant really eat half of this pizza, but as one of those waiting on the supreme we ordered over the meat lover, I found this rather rude as now Im waiting for another 40 minutes just for my new pizza to arrive with the only option available to me being the meat lover which we ordered for the guys, rather than being able to at least have a slice or two that isnt smashed. So instead of us all being able to eat together, two of us get too watch the boys eat while we wait. Awesome... not very good service in my opinion

What I dont get it how the heck do you run out of pizza? My family eats pizza for movie night at multiple other places and not once have I heard of a place running out of pizza or breadsticks other than Pizza Hut every time I call they are out of pizza of some sort the manager running the post falls store needs to be gone with because he obviously cant order pizza to save his life let alone run a store its unprofessional and just plain stupid for a pizza place to run out of pizza its like a burger place running out of burger someone help this damn store for a positive note and the only positive note is the delivery driver is always great and friendly sometimes he doesnt get the tip he deserves because of the post falls store management sorry for that

Considering that I have been waiting for my pizza to be delivered for around 2 and a half hours now Id have to say that the experience has been far from desirable. After waiting the first hour and a half I was informed that my delivery was deleted, and had to be restarted. Now I have been waiting another hour plus, and the pizza has still yet to arrive. After talking to the store multiple times nothing has been changed, and the "rush" to insure people get what they order is practically a joke. This has by far been the most ridiculous waiting time I have ever experienced, and quite frankly I may never purchase anything from this location ever again.

They really dont even deserve a star however it was the only way I could make a review. We had cold pizza delivered and bread sticks delivered, called to get fresh ones and the "manager" was rude and unprofessional. Didnt even offer any type of compensation. We called back to then cancel our order and spoke.to the GM who was also rude and unprofessional because we wanted our money back and for them to come get their pizzas. I will never order from them again...EVER!!!

They deliveredthe wrong pizzas, and when we called the store the guy told us people lie to them that all the time trying to get free pizza, and there is nothing Pizza Hut would do about it. I asked for the manager and the guy said he was the manager. They must think they dont make mistakes, and that everybody is a liar. Not worth arguing, we will just stay away from businesses like that.

Go to the one in CDA. The Post Falls location is one of the oldest/worst in the area and is pretty gross. I give it two stars because Pizza Hut itself has many fantastic locations, especially in North Spokane and the Valley...this one just needs an overhaul/remodel. Not to mention that the Post Falls delivery range is twice the size of most stores and that screws them over even more.

Walkways not snow shoveled or de-iced made entering on crutches very ominous. Ordered 2 large pizzas (1 was plain cheese). Delivered to the table in 25 minutes. The plain cheese came loaded with pepperoni. Reordered. Now 30 minutes later, still no pizza. There are only 3 other tables being "served". I cant understand how this place gets repeat business.

Ive given this place 4 chances hoping the next time would get better. The people are absolutely rude and do not know how to conduct business. Everytime pizza has been delivered cold and having to call over a hour after waiting to see where my pizza at. Never and apology just excuses.

Terible ordered garlic twists and waited over a half hour and still didnt get them. Two tables after us got their orders before us. We walked out at 45 minutes and got no food. Post falls pizza hut is the worst pizza hut Ive ever been in and will not use them again.

The only pleasant part of our visit was our waitress. She was waiting on every table in the restaurant. It wasnt busy by any means but it sure took awhile to get our pizzas. Unfortunately, Id rather go a little further to CDA if I want Pizza Hut.

yuck! I love Pizza Hut, but this place is gross. I have tried it several times because I love Pizza Hut so much. Every time there was a problem like bad food, bad service or dirty restaurant. Finally gave up after the forth try and wont go back.

Our server was great, the only reason I even gave 2 stars. The food was terrible, the CO2 for the pop was off - making even the drinks terrible. The place was a complete mess, not a good dining experience at all.

I ordered online from our hotel. I was told via email it would be 1 hour to deliver. After the hour passed I called and was told 20 More Minutes. Pizza arrived cold, wings cold and our extra sauce cup Was half full.

Guys! This place serves great quality food and for the price its freshly baked! And the associate checked on me when i was done with my food ans ask how was it and she was so amazing with service! Definitely a plus!

Ordered online. Website was easy to navigate. Descriptive photos. Ordered at 550pm courteous friendly driver was at the door before 620pm! Food was hot and perfect! Great job staff phpf!

The only thing that was even close to descent was the pizza. The service was atrocious at best. After being seated we never saw the server until our order was ready and never after that.
