Dear Pizza Hut, Let me first apologize to you because I am grumpy and it isnt necessarily fair that I am taking this out on you. I was notified that a man who I literally called Dad passed away. I consider his son one of my best friends for more than a decade- Considering that is more than 1/3 of my time on earth that is significant. Friday, my friend had flown in after taking emergency leave to help take care of his fathers affairs. Today we went from Avondale to Paulden, Arizona to start sorting out a mess. We were met with needing to rehome 4 horses, one being possibly pregnant; 3 acres of a ranch that was not well maintained due to Dads failing health; news the teenager that he had taken custody of lost her mind and did significant damages to the home as well as his truck; a months worth of documents to go through just to start to figure out the mortgage and all other loans. Ive decided to take on selling a good bit of his items from 125 miles away in Avondale. I got home about 5pm and was exhausted at the thought of taking on everything and all I wanted was a hot meal that was fast and would keep my three minis happy. What do I do?! Why I order pizza! It is less than a mile from my house, it is hot and the kids never say no to pizza! They got here in relatively good time considering it is 5pm on a Saturday. I tip the driver fairly well as I believe in fair wages and tipping well for great service... And then I open the boxes. YOU HAD ONE JOB PIZZA HUT! YOU ARE LITERALLY SIX TENTHS OF A MILE FROM ME. And the pizzas were squished... I just wanted an easy meal that the minis would eat after a mentally, emotionally and physically exhausting week and I get squished pizza. I say it again, squished pizza in 0.6 miles... I googled that distance.

Well i ordered a dinner box and some extra wings first off they are .5 miles from my appartment they were late delivering i gave girl 40 so she got 7 dollar tip then i open the box the pizza was good had better but the wings were the wrong flavor i ordered med buffalo there was barley any sauce on the wings the bbq wings and they were cold the bbq wings exact same just disgusting so i call they answer the girl on the phone said they cant do anything for me because there closed i ordered my food at 1030pm it arrived at 1125pm they closed at 11pm told me i had to wait till morning to fix there mess up i have 4 kids i just got off work i needed to feed them and then the food was disgusting who wants pizza at 10am in the morning not me i would recommend this store id rather drive to 67th ave and bethany home rd which is 20 miles away to get fresh food better customer service sad thing is i used to work for a pizza hut as a driver not a good night

Email confirmation said my order was on its way. Text message said my order was on its way. Stood out in the heat looking for the driver to make it easy to find us (Quality Inn) since they are only a few blocks away. Finally went in to call and ask where our order was and they said the manager cancelled my order due to my card being declined. I opted to pay cash and it says so right on the order. They refused to let me speak to the manager that cancelled my order. Too many times of Pizza Hut failing for me to return as a customer. When making and delivering food is your service and you cant deliver, what good is your product?

We Are a Big! Family and Ordered Alot of food the driver dropped and ran he was very! Rude and left without giving our family all of what we ordered had he checked the order like he is suppose to do he would have seen that out of 4 BIG boxes that is a Big Deal and shouldnt early be neglected! When we contacted the store the Manager Jacob was very short! We got offered a $10 credit key word On the Account!!! Not $10 off Right now and for such a big mess up on there behalf its worth MORE! Then $10 we have a big family we are all sitting here hungry waiting for our food unable to feed almost more then half of our family.

With a house full of people, we waited hours for our food, then they brought us literally half of our order. When we called and spoke to the manager, he was very rude and offered us a 10 dollar credit and we would need to wait another hour to get the rest of the food. No we dont want the credit because I will not offer this store any more business. The "manager" had no interest in trying to right their mistake. I would definitely order from a different store. They clearly do NOT check their orders before they leave the store then, they will give you attitude about their mistake.

The first time i went there my chicken was raw a bb d my pizza had plastic in it so i go get my money back and they saw well we will give you a 20.00 dollar credit as well i go to redeem my credit give them one more chance the manager was completely rude and disgusting about the situation said you have no credit and walked off they will be hearing from my lawyers about this not only were my gums sliced up from the plastic your gonna have an attitude about credit

The workers Ive encountered are nice but their establishment is suspect. Last week i ordered from them and Apparently they dont sale breadstick with garlic on them . And if you want them that way you have to request hut sticks? (Never heard of that before, ever) Yet this week when I order, the person taking my order didnt know what that was and said they were out (again).

Ordered my pizza at 930 got it 1030 pizza was so cold. I will Not gona pay 25 to 30.00 dollars for a cold pizza. I will never again order from them. I even deleted my app. Ashley the manager need a whole lot more training to be letting your driver go out and deliver cold pizza.

Placed an order for $90 of pizza and after 3 hours and multiple calls to the manager never got the pizzas. Highly recommended if you need to test your tolerance to a poorly ran restaurant or perhaps a new relaxation technique.
