There is a group of 10-20 of us that go for the Buffet once a month on Wednesday... We always go around 4:30 pm knowing the buffet doesnt start until 5pm... This gives us time to seat and visit while usually being served our drinks... Tonight was the worse night since we have been coming now for 3+ years... Service was terrible but not the fault of staff, it was the FAULT of NOT enough staff... We didnt even get Pizza until 5:30 pm and the salad bar was empty until 5:30 pm... There was only ONE cook and ONE waitress (who busted their butts)... Why would of all nights you only have 2 staff members... And then when we went to pay the short, overweight hispanic lady(assistant manager) was rude and yelled at the waitress in front of my Mom (75 yrs young) and 10 other guest paying for their meals. When my Mom confronted her about how she was treating the waitress the assistant manager yelled at my Mom... How dare her treat a customer like that, better yet my Mom... So disgusted with this place that none of us regulars will be back... As we were in the parking lot waiting for everyone pay 4 other people not with our group walked out and a man who ordered a pizza an hour and a half prior asked where he could go to get a pizza and was directed to Dominos... There was also a gentleman with 4 children who only had drinks about 5:30pm and when we left at 6:30pm he still had NO food...

Was in town for thr fourth and Ive been craving pizza for a few days. Been a fan of PH for years having even eaten at the one off Nanjing Lu in Shanghai. The host, albeit a very very nice gentleman, lacked the sense not to yell from the dinning area to the kitchen back. Since it was only my party and one other table (a family of 5) in the entire dining room with take out orders consuming their attention, I can dismiss it. Seams obvious why most PH in California seemed to be delivery and pickup only. The restaurant is in bad need of cleaning and paint. But if all you care about in reading a review is if the pizza was good... The answers was "ehhhh". The toppings were to sparce, the cheese not run far enough to the edges so the crust on one side over cooked. The crust was crispy abd buttery so thatll be the reason it gets 2 stars instead on -2. At 1.25 a topping, and a frozen pizza costing around 5bucks..... this medium deep dish was sorely lacking for a price of 20+ They were out of medium pans so they made us a large without charging the difference which was very nice. Id give more than 4 stars for personality and politeness. But this is about the pizza so it only gets two. Sadly, I wont give them a second chance and Ill think twice now before going to another PH.

Its rare to find a pizza hut buffet. Great for pan pizza lovers. Has salad bar, pasta, bread sticks, dessert and more, but not too much more. Ask for a pizza style, they might make it. Never tried. Staff were so nice to bring hot food out and let us know. Good booths. Great for groups with private room. Small arcade. Clean restroom. 1 star less for pricey buffet.

ummm okay who ever was taking calls on 1-3-2015 around 7:00 pm was really rude I dont know the guys name but he needs to change his attitude he was offering bad service and declined my change of dilevery so I wasnt pretty happy so who ever it was that was on the phone needs to learn how to give better service

Food was great but the service wasnt what I expected. Food came out at all different times and we got our drinks last. I would understand if they were busy but we were the only group of people in there. Next time I will just do take out instead of eating there.

I called for a delivery for a valentines pizza and I wanted it to be delivered to my boyfriends work. I wanted the pepperonis in the shape of a heart. The manager told me " no that is very lame" then hung up on me

Service was EXCELLENT. It was like they cared. But thats where it stopped. The food is terrible, and gave me indigestion. Luckily I had some tums, and if you order from here, be sure to have some on hand.

Such a great pizza this last time we ordered online! We got the big box and our pizza was perfect along with pasta and bread sticks included in the box. It was delicious and we all thoroughly enjoyed it!

Overcharged... per pricing on internet. Box dinner stated 19.99 but when we ordered they said it was 21.99. Bread sticks were over cooked. Very disappointing carry out. All though pizza was good.
