Decent place to eat if you enjoy Pizza Hut. I recommend surfing for Coupons or asking for Deals before purchasing, as it can get rather expensive otherwise, especially if you add extra goodies. The Customer Service depends on who you get when calling. Its easy to tell if you have a new person or an experienced employee due to how they speak or recommend items. If I feel the need, Ill request to get my order taken by a Manager to ensure accuracy. Its that simple. Delivery Time varies, I usually avoid calling during what I assume to be PEAK hours. If I want Dinner for the Family, Ill order ahead of time well before 7-8 PM when everyone else orders. This way I can get a good 40 Minute Delivery Time instead of an Hour. Id give it a 4/5. I dont expect it to be a five Star restaurant as it IS a Take-out / Delivery Location but I go in fully understanding that I am indeed, ordering Fast Food so I dont set impossible nor self-entitled expectations.

This Pizza Hut seems to have the SLOWEST drivers Ive ever dealt with. First Complaint: Ordered a pizza & was told about 30 mins. After 50 mins I called and was told the driver left and was on the way. Another 25 mins later they arrive with the wrong pizza that was barely warm. Considering I live maybe 10 mins away from this shop, it just seems sad... Called after it was delivered and was told I would be credited for the price of the pizza. I called some 2 weeks later to use the credit and was told I had no credit at all. After talking to a manager I did receive the credit. Second Complaint: Ordered a pizza, coke, and bread sticks. Was told about 30 mins yet again. After 50 mins I call back and was told the driver would arrive in 10 mins. It arrived an hour after I ordered. At least this time the order was correct and still kind of warm. I suggest ordering from Dominos or Papa Johns... I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

The only reason why I keep coming to this location is cause its the closest to my house. This place is terrible! Every time, and I mean every time I order from here, there is always an issue. I call in my order and gave them an extra 10 minutes on top of the promise time and my pizza is still not ready. Its almost impossible to get pan crust cause they say they ran out of it. Knowing that theres always an issue with this place, I had called in my order way ahead of time on my way home from work. I was still 45 minutes away. I get here and apparently they had handed out my pizza on accident! Its just soo frustrating with this place that when you tried to think ahead they still manage to mess it up. They voided the charge for the inconvenience but still, a business shouldnt be this horrible. Something needs to change.

Just awefull I orderd a dinner box for lunch and it took a while for my pizz to pick it up but it was quiet fast. The girl that was behind the register was not happy didnt show any great customer service and I couldnt get her attention when she was in the back to ask for the bathroom near by but she didnt hear me or ignored me I dont know. When I got home it got worse the bread sticks were to brown and my icing was so cold it broke my cinnamon stick it ruined the hole dinner box whats the point of getting the box if I dont get hot icing. I wouldnt recommend this pizza hut to anyone

First complaint: Pizza was half hour late and cold, spoke to manager and was told I would have a credit on my account. Second Complaint: Called to use the credit was only $5. Third Complaint: Pizza didnt arrive for 1 hour and 15 mins after online order, called manager again and complained manager apologized and stated $20 credit would be given. Fourth Complaint: Ordered wings using credit, arrived cold. Advised Manager we wouldnt be using them again. Pregnancy craving gave way and we tried one last time, pizza was once again late!! This store has the worst service and rudest drivers!

Horrible customer service. I rate it zero stars. I use to order from them all the time they always got things wrong but o well I never complained in the past. I ordered again the other night and they didnt bring me the pizzas I ordered. I called this time they said I would receive a credit for the cost of the pizza that I didnt order so I was stuck paying for 2 pizzas that I didnt order I tried to call them today for my credited order and their gonna charge me full price exception of tax and delivery charge. Ill never order from that franchise again.

I wish I could give this negative stars. The pizza is gross and never how you order it. So I stopped getting pizza from here. Just wings. The customer service is terrible. The delivery time is always way longer than it should be. I live two miles away. Tonight I ordered wings that were supposed to be here over an hour ago and Im still waiting!!! If there not here in five mins Im calling and canceling the order. Either way Ill never eat Pizza Hut again. Barros is four miles away and the quality and service is 1000x better.

This pizza hut kept trying charge more than the other pizza pizza hut stores for the exact same pizza. There are different ways to apply coupons in the register to get Their deals to work. For example if a large any way you like it is 10.99 at 2 stores, and on the commercial it should be that way here right? Here if you want lets say pepperoni lovers with black Olives, that will cost you Extra for the Olives - unless you catch it, mention it, ask them to apply the coupons...

Ordered a pizza for delivery, never received it. I waited 2 hours for it and never received a phone call telling me whats going on. I dont care whos at fault and dont believe I should be the one to call asking why! This will be the last time I order anything from this pkace.

Typical pizza place.. nothing more or less. Usually they get the order right but its just expensive greasy pizza. My only real complaint is that on my last visit they gave us the super hot wings instead of the normal ones and I was hurting when I realized it.

From start to finish order took over 75 minutes. When it arrived pizza was cold. Kids were starving and ate, I gave my slice to the dog!! This is the second time, there wont be a third!
