This Pizza Hut location regularly makes mistakes and never apologizes or offers any kind of compensation. The most recent experience was this last Thursday. I placed an order for carry out, went in paid, they couldnt find my pizza. The girl who helped me walked off and told the boy who was pulling pizzas out of the oven, who didnt offer any help or look for the pizza. She came back looked around again. By that time I was irritated and asked for a refund. She gave me my refund, no apology or offer to comp my pizza and said I dont know what happened. I will never recommend this restaurant and will buy my pizza from the Twin Falls Pizza Huts and other pizza restaurants.

Saltka z lososiem..... To nic innego jak gora zielonej salaty i trzy kawaleczki lososia! Doslownie 3 oraz jeden kawalek sera plesniowego. Kosztowala 24,95! Zwykla mala czarna kawa 8,95 nawet bez ciasteczka. Drogo i niesmacznie.

Its chain pizza. Nuff said about the food. Waitress was nice but way overworked. Store severely understaffed for dinner rush. This caused the dining room to look like a disgusting mess and food took too long to arrive. She cant be a waitress, bus person and cleaner on a busy night if the customers expect good service. Ill probably go back as the food was not bad but not during the dinner rush.

The food is pretty good it could be less greasy but other than that is good service does seem to be slow every once in a while cuz yeah waiting 30 to 45 minutes in the store for a pizza does seem a bit long especially when it really only takes 5 to 10 minutes to put the pizza through the oven

I got there to pick up my pizza tonight and they told me it got cancelled because they were out of pineapple. To top it off they were rude about it. I then get a call from their call center saying their printers were down. Nobody took responsibility and I call bs. Wont return!

I have never gone here and waited less than 25 min. When I called for a PERSONAL PAN they said 14min, I waited 25, and the lobby was empty. Service has never been great, luckily the pizza is good. On a side note, its unprofessional for employees to smoke outside the main door

Whoever spoke with on the phone tonight was super rude. Very unfriendly. Not may i say that my boxes and my wing boxes came all smooshed. And the driver was completly rude .. Good food, and ussualy i never have bad service. But the last 3 timee theyve been very disappointing

Absolutely ridiculous. Last 3 orders have been disappointing. Cold, stale, and missing ordered sauces. Called manager and said she gave us credit but when we tried to order the following week said thag we only had $4 credit. Order at your own risk.

Very disappointed with this pizza hut. We keep giving them a second chance but we are displeased each time. There is never enough people working, our order has been wrong each time , and it is so dirty inside we dont like sitting to eat.

Not happy at all. Been waiting on the delivery from this Pizza Hut location for over an hour. I live 3 blocks away! When we called to ask what was the hold up, the employees were not helpful. My kids are whining and this is ridiculous.

Its a pizza place. The employees know their job sucks but for the most part keep it to themselves. Pizza is the same as any other Pizza Hut. This location is one of the cleaner places in the magic valley.
