In last 8 years I have tried Pizza hut only 3 times and each time I either got sick or was creeped out by the people they hire. Do NOT order from Pizza Hut as they hired rude mean people, have managers with zero management skills and corporate does not even bother to respond to complaints even if made 3 times. They want you to give them your phone number even if you are ordering inside restaurant. I am SO GLAD I never gave mine out as their employees are really sick mean people. I was with three12 year old girls and wanted to show them NOT to give out phone numbers to strangers, girl employee got mad when I said I did not want to give out phone number when ordering inside the store. She took our order said it would be 20 minutes but never even made the pizza as they were out of the deep dish crusts. I found out later from a kitchen employee later that she knew it all along and that she does these things as she is mean and weird. We came back 30 minutes later and she said " it will be another 5 minutes" even though she knew she never even made it. Then when we came up again she smiled and said the pizza was not even started. We asked for the manger but he was a total emo who did not care about anything and did nothing. When I proved that she lied and did it on purpose he even said "that may be true" admitting she lied but did nothing. We left and went to Papa Murphys next door and got a pizza right away. Complained 3 times to corporate but they lied to me twice promising someone would call me but they never did. This pizza chain just advertises a lot as they do not care at all about anyone and they hire anyone. I would never let any Pizza Hut employee have my phone number and would never let them come to my home. Unsafe pizza, unsafe employees, beware.

I am a regular customer there and have always had good luck with pizza I ordered there (there have only been a couple of times that I had one that didnt agree with me and who knows what the reason was). The employees are friendly (Harmoni is especially awesome... she always has a million dollar smile, always helpful and has clued me into deals when there were any available). Im a little puzzled by the negative reviews I have read as I have had nothing but positive experiences when I have gone there. I plan to continue going there especially as long as Harmoni is around.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Pizza Hut never should have changed the dine-in experience. You used to go up and order and pay and they bring it to the table, now they are suppose to "wait" on us, except that they do exactly the opposite and make us wait. Went in to have dinner and sat for a while with no service, went to the counter to ask for a menu and was completely ignored, never asked if we needed help. This is not the first time I have received terrible service, but it will be the last I walk into a Pizza Hut.

I dont know what the problem is but every time I order something goes sideways (to the point I feel the need to write a review) seriously this is at least the third time something has gone awry. I dont remember all the details from every order because I rarely have pizza delivered but it usually consist of being out of something. Out of white sauce, out of pan crust. Its always something!

Made an order on the website at 9:41 PM for carryout. Says itll be ready by 9:55. I show up at 9:55. The doors are locked and the two employees just look at me through the door while counting the till down. I go home, check the phone. No text, no call, no email, zero notification that my order was cancelled or not being fulfilled. Dominos thanks you for giving them a customer.

Every time Ive ordered from there over the last three months theyve either been late, told me they couldnt deliver cause they close in 15 minutes, had attitudes or told me they were out of products.. literally hands-down the worst pizza place Ive ever dealt with when trying to order something

i ordered a pizza. the guy called back and said we are out of the dinner box usually we replace it with a medium pizza but were out of that too soo i dont know what to tell you i can replace the money on your card. they didnt even offer me anything else

The restaurant was very clean. The employees seemed very polite, but the food wasnt what I had ordered and they were very conservative with the amount of toppings they put on the pizza compared to other Pizza Hut restaurants.

Just ordered two large pizzas for delivery. $46. Never again worst pizza I have ever had. For that much money it was all dough, very little toppings,I had pcs With no meat on them at all . bad, bad bad . BIG wipoff.

I took my family out to eat and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the restaurant. We love Pizza Hut and have been to several. This one definitely one of the better locations.
