Every time I order at a drive-through they always forget something or always give me the wrong item. This morning I went and got a bagel and cream cheese. But my bagel is literally black from being burnt. I call and they just tell me to come back in and get a new one but Im already at work and I cant leave to drive back to get a new bagel. Clearly they seen the bagel when they took it out of the toaster and put it into the bag, so why would they still continue to give me a black bagel. Super frustrating. Good food when they get it right. Dont think Ive ever been to this location with out them messing my order up..

The location is nice enough and the quality of the food was all right, but for the serving size, what we ordered was way over-priced. On top of this, I requested that the nuts be left off of my salad, as I am allergic to them, but when I received my food it still had the nuts in it; when checking my receipt we discovered that my request hadnt even been noted in the order. I think the main issue with this location is the pricing and the staff, who seem unable to listen well enough to take my order correctly. They are very lucky that my allergy is not more serious, other wise this could have been a massive problem.

I went in today and the cashier, karina, kept seeming annoyed that i was even there and when i asked about the menu (it was my first time eating there). I brushed off the rudeness but then we get our food and the pastas werent fully cooked, hardly any alfredo sause onb either servings, and the bread was cold and hard. It was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end and i will not be going back. It wasnt even busy and i was the only person in line at the time. I spent $30 on thus and its sad that i wouldve been better off going to McDonalds next door that was super busy abd i dont like McDonalds.

Staff has always been friendly. Food is good. Love the Ice Tea. Last two times I went however were less then perfect. I got my to-go lunch on wrong bread and I paid extra for the extra cheese and my sandwich had NO cheese on it at all. The last time I was there they had problems with the ovens and had to alter my order. I do love the rapid pick up on my mobile ap. I can order before I get there and pick up my bag from the counter quickly and head out on my way.

These guys are pretty good and although its a bit overpriced, they have a much better selection of salads than other options in the area; I love that they have a drive through, but I hate that its always 8-10 cars long during lunch time. I would do the call ahead/express ordering, however by the time you manage to find parking in this very busy location, you might as well just do drive through; same amount of effort? Their shortbread cookies are the bomb!

The food is always delicious and you dont feel guilty about the price or the calories afterward! Everything is amazing, but the macaroni and Caesar salad are to die for! Always get the side of bread, unless youre getting a sandwich, and if you can, splurge on that 99 cent pastry, its always a great snack for later. This place is my go to, and not only is the food great, but the service is excellent and both the staff and customers are courteous.

Wed give it more stars if we could. Usually we do the drive thru (because of our 3 small children), well half an hr ride home & they forgot the husbands fav soup, called the store spoke with Mike, he went above and beyond. My husband works in the food service and was very impressed how a slight mess up was handled, they care about your experience hands down! This IS & remains our fav go-to ! Good food, great service!

After 15+ years of eating at this restaurant at various US locations, I never have received items that were not freshly baked. Two types of bread this evening were dry and extremely tough. Im talking jerky tough. Considering how short of a time this location has been open, complacency and not adhering to the conpanys standards is not a good sign of things to come at this particular store.

This Panera goes above and beyond every visit to be the best possible restaurant it can be. The employees are wonderful and the Managers are one in a million. It has done an immaculate job at keeping and holding its standards to the best they can possibly be through its employees day-to-day wonderful attitudes and actions. Overall one of the best Panera Breads Ive ever been to!

We love this place. First time we went we were not impressed for some reason that I cant remember now. Thankfully we went back and found that their breakfasts are great when we are on the go but dont want to kill our health just to eat. Later we found we enjoy getting the pick two deals with Mac and cheese as one of the items. This is now one of our go to places for food.

Kristen Torres is really bad at reviews; just saying. She must have bumped the caps lock key one day and apparently doesnt know how to turn it off. I bet she is the one who posts those Craigslist ads in all caps too. Im also very curious if she has come down with food poisoning from Chipotle yet. Panera Bread is pretty good.

Horrendous customer service at this location. I tried to order over the phone and was ignored and when I showed up I was met with attitude from the manager and staff. They dont have any items that they advertise and their customer service is extremely poor. I will be contacting their corporate office tomorrow.

Food is great, service is better. My friend asked if they give a military discount the gentlemen taking our order said that he does and paid for our meal. Im absolulty floored that he would do that. He said that if anyone deserves it our military does. Maybe America isnt as broken as one might think.

Had dinner with my husband and son today and the cashier Efrain, taking our order made sure to explain everything to us and let us know about their new menu starting tomorrow. He seriously was the nicest and gave the best customer service! Will definitely return! And the food is always great!

AMAZING! Ive been to Paneras before, but this was the biggest location I had seen. The food was amazing. So hard to narrow it down! The ladies up front were so helpful in answering our questions and the food came out really quick! Definitely a must try!

I ordered chicken pasta and broccoli cheddar soup and they were so salty I threw them both away after a few bites. For the price I wish the portions were better but its not horrible I guess. Super sad my food wasnt that great but the service was nice.
