If there was less then a star I would put -5 (minus 5), I walk in and stood there for almost 10 min and then I called, only then this idiot answers the phone, Im standing inside and telling her Im here hello, she ask me is this for pink up or delivery, then she comes to the register and tells me sorry I was in the bathroom!!!!! Hold a min her hand were dry!!! What the hell !!! I ask her wait did you wash your hands? She starts to tell me where the restrooms are!! Huh. I just asked her where is the nearest pizza shop? Her reply way " just make a right and it would be on your left" thanks lady I now get my pizza every other day for my kids from pizza house they are great.

This store does not participate in the many "deals" offered thru Pizza Huts advertisements & honoring coupons. I have had no issues with delivery; other than they do forget any extra, paid for sauces (ex. ranch). The walk in pizza pick up; is very unorganized. I recently was there and their computer system froze up & no staff member on shift was able to solve the solution. I had to wait extra time to pick up my pizza because a manager had to drive to the store. The staff that answer the phones are not pleasant & get irritated if you ask what their specials are.

I ordered online a regular deep dish pizza with breads stick at 8pm. They called and said they didnt have for deep dish, which is fine, so I said regular. They just called, 1/2 hour later and said it would take another hour and a half for delivery. Are you kidding me? The place is 5 minutes from my house. Its a Sunday evening. No special day and you are going to take 2 hours for delivery? They didnt say why just said thats how long its taking. You could have said that when you first called. First time ordering through here and the last time.

well it seems that they took less time than they had stated, however, extra cheese on their two topping special seems to mean just one topping - I have yet to see anyone, besides sams club or uncle howies on lugonia in redlands, who actually put extra cheese on when you ask for it - the crust is better than sams but the lack of cheese takes it down a notch

Ive never had a problem with ordering online until I ordered from this place. My order was suppose to be delivered by 6:54pm 7:10 nothing 7:25 I call. They cancelled my order because they didnt have a topping I ordered and never called to tell me. Swore they called but my phone never rang and no voicemail.

Were usually really happy with pizza from this location, but our pizza tonight arrived with the toppings slid over to one side like it had been tipped over. We still ate it because its late and my kids are hungry, but it was not acceptable for the price we paid.

Order online said 30 minutes. Took 1hour. Driver wrote down all credit card information, including name, exp date, cvv, etc. Rude shift leader, Claudia. Food quality is between poor and moderate. Ill be ordering from their competitors from now on.

They took my order and put it in another name. Then when it was corrected they only cooked 1 out of the three pizzas I ordered. So I had to wait an extra 20 mins All idots here. Dont waste your time
