Tonight was our first time eating at the relatively new Chipotle in Nampa. Not at all what I was expecting. First of all can you really call someplace a restaurant if nothing is ever cooked there? They just cut open the packages of pre-made stuff & fill the holes in the counter, everything they offer is some combo if the dozen or so items, nothing was cooked, or made there... so no wonder the place was staffed by just four 15 year old kids with their loud teenage friends posing as patrons....

Ridiculously overpriced for inadequate food. When they tell you guacamole is extra, you assume its about 50 cents to a dollar, right? Turns out its $2.25 extra for a cheap dollop of guacamole. You also have to pay extra for a cheap bag of cold, oversalted chips. Im surprised they get any returning customers, one of worst restaurants Ive ever been to, hands down.

AMAZING customer service! We showed up unannounced with 26 hungry collegiate mens soccer players. They were fast, efficient, had plenty of food and did it all with a smile. They were easy to work with and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, large group or not. Its obvious they care about their customers. Thanks again!

Lunch special was so fantastic I had to write a compliment. We were delighted with both our great lunches. The gentleman who waited on us was really a great person. He magically appeared every time we needed his services. The avacado dip was perfect, too!

So I decided to take my 4 little boys out for lunch and the staff was very helpful and accommodating! They made a potentially stressful lunch enjoyable! The staff went out of their way even though they were super busy! As always, the food was exceptional!

Who doesnt love Chipotle? Delicious, healthy food and the workers are friendly. This location is very clean. They were out of one ingredient that I wanted in my tacos, so the whole thing was free. Thats service! I love their chips and salsa.
