Once i ordered a chicken biscuit meal and the biscuit was a bit raw. This morning i ordered through the mobile app, curbside, because i was on my 30 minute lunch break and when i get there i checked in.I was sitting in my car for 5 minutes when i finally went inside, because nobody was coming out with my food, to ask what was going on. The restaurant was not busy. I commented to them that i ordered curbside for a reason because im on a time limit, and they told me that my order barely popped up on there screen, the only person that seemed to care was the cashier, the manager in the blue shirt didnt seem to care. I waited a total of 11 minutes before i was given my food, the girl who gave me my food did not tell me to a nice day or sorry for the wait, that isnt great customer service if you ask me. Due to the time frame i had to eat my food on the way back to work, to make matters worst the food was NOT HOT!!! The cheese was not melted and the middle of the burrito felt cold, when i bit into it the food was warm, how is that possible if they had barely made my food when i went inside? I did call the restaurant to tell them about my experience and i spoke to Kristen (director of the facility) and she did say she would replace my food, however i did not feel that as a customer who had a bad experience that she really cared. I love Chick-fil-A because of the friendliness and respect that is given but today i didnt feel that at all.

Hi, this msg is to all of my English speaking Mexicans, just wanted to warn you that an employee a white man, over weight , the one wearing prescribed eyeglasses, is saying to all of us the Mexicans that our English is not understandable like the white people. He said that he has to make us speak twice in order for him and other white people to understand us, and still figure out what we are saying in order to clearly understand what we mean. I heard this man talking to a co-worker; she told him that for her it was the same thing with the white & Mexican speaking English, and he insisted saying : "no, no, m-m! their English is different as we the white people, you have to make them talk twice, and still figure out what theyre saying". I was in the drive thru window waiting for my food when I heard this. I was very disappointed, & decided not to come back anymore after hearing this nonsense. I was a loyal customer at this restaurant for over 4 years. P.S.....No wonder every time I went there I had to repeat what I ordered.

I have only gone to this restaurant maybe twice. Once when i was smaller with my family. Ever since then we never went back. My parents didnt like the service or food. My second time was yesterday. I decided to give it a chance, because maybe it was just a bad day when we went. I usually go to the Murrieta one. But i was in the Moreno valley area and wanted to try. So, Once again, Maybe i went at a bad time, because the restrooms were dirty, only two smiling faces, and they took forever on my 8ct nuggets. Also i dont know who it was but this man he kept reaching near me for the condiments area. He didnt even say hello or excuse me. Just went over and reached for stuff. I had to scoot. Once i got the nuggets. They were nice and hot! But It had a funky after taste, maybe the oil?? I think ill make the drive to Murrieta instead.

Dont try to order a platter or small catering order unless you give them 24+ hours notice. I called to order a SINGLE chicken mini breakfast tray for a business meeting the next morning. I have done this at Chick-fil-As all around the country prior to a Friday morning meeting and the have ALL been extremely helpful and accommodating. However the manager said they would not do it ... not even a single tray. Pathetic. I love Chick-fil-A but this particular store manager was the least helpful Ive ever encountered. UPDATE: I got a call from Ashley the catering manager, as well as the store manager apologizing for the experience I had and offering to make it right. I know everyone makes mistakes, I was impressed with how they handled this.

Ive only had good experiences at Chick-fil-A, and I thought since this location was packed it would be the same. My food was cold and my drink was warm. I gave them my sandwich, and they walked the same cold sandwich back to my table. I thought they would repour my drink so they can put more than 3 cubes of ice in it. The worker just put a few more ice cubes at the top. I didnt complain again because I didnt like the snarky ladys attitude who was walking around the lobby and told me she wasnt going to take my warm drink to be refilled! Not coming back here. I go to Cal Baptist and they have an on-campus Chick-fil-A. Ill just go there because the service is better.

I went to this place while on vacation, and they were packed out the door which is usually a good sign. I then waited 20 minutes to get my food to go. After checking the order and realizing it was missing a sandwich I was told I needed to wait in line to get the order fixed. Needing to be somewhere, I hit the road without it after giving them my address to mail me a coupon. Well I got the coupon today and it expires in 14 days, and is only good for this restaurant location. I dont think Ill be traveling 800+ miles for a $4 sandwich, so congratulations Chic-fil-A you have stolen my money.

This place is top notch for a fast food restaurant. Big, juicy, perfectly seasoned REAL chicken in every sandwich. I love the lemonade and their waffle fries are good too. They also have a selection of desserts/shakes..which look delicious but I never have room for them. The service is awesome too.. Its so different from usual fast food restaurants. Your food is brought to you, the tables are cleaned frequently like they do at in-n-out, and servers will even offer to refill your drink which was really nice.

I couldnt recommend this establishment more! I have eaten here many times and always received outstanding (fast & friendly) service. The drive-thru gets really crowded at times, but they have employees stand outside to take your order before you even get to the speaker to order. It makes the process go very quickly. Inside, the service is lightning fast. Usually I order, turn around to get a straw and find a seat, and as Im literally sitting down an employee delivers my food. Outstanding.

Very packed however the employees were awesome because I asked where my food was I had only been waiting 10 minutes an employee came to me with my food and a gift card for a free meal and he apologized for the wait! The guy cleaning was cleaning the table as soon as someone would stand up. Line was long but moved fast. Quality service and awesome food. At good prices. Very happy and will deffinitly be going back. Not just because I got a gift card for waiting.
