Sunday at 4:30pm I ordered 1 small pizza, caesar salad, 1 pasta entree from Nicks restaurant, 2 miles from my house. Delicious Deliveries took the order and gave me a total of $55.97. Wow that seemed a lot for a 2 person order so I asked if the delivery and driver tip were included. Yes it was, 15% automatically included for driver. What they didnt mention is the charges include a delivery fee $8, convenience fee $2.15, and, driver 15% is on top of and INCLUDING those two convenience and delivery fees! So it continued…… And it will be there in 75-90 minutes. Huh? Even on a Sunday evening at 4:30pm? Yep. Typical delivery time. Delicious Delivery places "orders" when driver is on his way to pick up from restaurant. Got order hot in 70 minutes. I signed a generic receipt with credit card for $55.97 (no detailed receipt included, or I would have balked at the double dipping of up charges). I blame the driver, not Nicks, for not ensuring I got utensils, napkins, and no butter for the bread. I received none of these yet I still had to pay the 15% driver tip whether he deserved it or not. Interestingly they emailed the detailed receipt later, which showed these high charges. In other words, for my $36 order I tacked on 50% surcharge for delivery. Next time I will pick up my own order in less than 20 minutes, 40-50 minutes quicker than delivery, and save $17.16, the price of another 1-2 entrees!

I recently moved and while in the process I used delicious deliveries. Everyone, from the gal that took my order to the man who delivered my food, were helpful and very professional. I had to order over the phone because I didnt have internet at the time. I thought it would be a difficult task but the girl on the phone was very helpful and took her time with me. I was very impressed by the service and promptness of this company. I will certainly use them again!!

Overall this company does a good job, and is pretty quick to deliver. But, not today. I ordered a pizza from Rays, and half the cheese was attached to the box. The rest was not on the crust, it was on the side of the box--threw it out. The wings had a strange color--not like any chicken wings I have ever seen, so to the trash they went. That is not the delivery companys fault. That honor goes to Rays.

HORRIBLE! Tried them twice and they screwed up my order both times. After waiting 90 minutes to get the wrong order the "Night Manager" who took my order blames us for the wrong order and then makes no attempt to rectify the situation. Their customer service is awful. I will drive to the restaurant myself next time and recommend you do the same.

I am very pleased with the service they provide. They provided great customer services all around Everyone makes mistakes and thats proven with some negative reviews, but I can honestly say they are GREAT. I got my food nice and hot and before the time expected. No one better to go woth then them. Thanks Guys

When I called and asked what was on the menu, the guy seemed to be agitated that I had asked. I thought he was quite rude. I was traveling, had a short version of the menu and just wanted something to eat. Very poor customer service.

If you want a postive food delivery experience the Postmates app is much better. Lower delivery rates and on-demand drivers much like Uber. Code 1es7w gets you $10 off your died delivery if you want to try it out.

Delicious Deliveries is a fantastic service to use. Even on short notice, they can bring me quality food right when I need it. I usually need to leave about an hour of time, but I think its more than worth it.
