Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully by a restaurant. My friend and I came here (7-29-16) to celebrate my birthday. The waitress was great, the food was good, but what happened after I paid and while we were eating dessert was absolutely unacceptable. We were eating dessert and I noticed that the two older male managers were staring at us. I know the card I paid with went through, I tipped our waitress 20%, we were not being loud and obnoxious, we were polite to all of the wait staff we interacted with, and we were just sitting there enjoying our conversation and dessert. They continued for more than five minutes. Then, a hostess came near us, pushed two tables together, and started setting them. My friend went to use the restroom before we left first, and I got our leftovers and everything together. The managers were still staring at us, I was even making eye contact with them. Then, it dawned on me that it must be a larger party and they need our table. As soon as my friend returned, I rushed to use the restroom, so we could hurry and leave. When I got back to our table, there was a man (not an employee) speaking to my friend. I didnt know if they knew each other or not, so I just gathered our things and asked if she was ready to leave because I knew they wanted our table. It turns out that the managers must have told the man that they were waiting on us to leave because he was with the large party waiting to be sat. The managers saw the man come up and talk to my friend while I was in the restroom and he was rudely asking her to move. Looking at our table, one could obviously see we were all packed up ready to go, but one person was in the restroom. My friend explained to the man that we were leaving right now, and his attitude became I little more friendly asking if our food was good as we were walking to the exit. One of the managers pulled us aside to make sure that we knew that man was not a manager and did not work there. This lets me know that the manager saw that this man had walked past the hostess stand into the restaurant, found where we were sitting, and came to tell us that we needed to move. The manager did not stop this man at any time. This was one of the same managers that was staring at us earlier. I come to this restaurant at minimum twice a month almost since it opened. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in my life by a restaurant. I understand that they want to make money, especially on a Friday evening. At the very least, it would have been less disrespectful for the managers to come to us, apologize for the inconvenience, ask us to move, and offer to comp our meal in return. Instead, we were rudely stared at, and harassed by someone that couldnt wait two more to be seated doing the dirty work of the managers, not stopping any of it. Only for the manager to try to cover his *** when we were leaving. SO DISRESPECTFUL! SHAME ON YOU! .... and what a crappy way to celebrate my birthday.

My sweety and I went there for Veterans day. (Not a veteran just interesting timing because they were packed and super busy.) We both ordered the $13 dinner here dinner home special. However I really just wanted soup and salad so I ate that and orded both my meals to go. Being full of yummy soup, I didnt check the order. Besides my girlfriends fettuccine alfredo one of mine meals was wrong. I had gotten ravioli and instead of Ziti I got the lasagna Rollatini. I didnt notice the wrong order till the today the 14th. The rollatini was half the size of a normal one, and there was only one instead of the normal two. Not to mention... it looked half eaten. Unsure I called to ask about it. Learning there was suppose to be two and they used an entire lasagna noodle for each. Since Ive never been in a situation or anything like this I asked if they wanted me to bring it back or take a picture of it. I had to run to work but I was more then willing to give contructive input. They simple said "No were sorry for the problem, there no reason for you to jump through hoops. If you would like well send you a gift card." WOW... Im from vegas. So the whole take you at your word thing doesnt fly there. I am still utterly amazed. I was ready to take measurements and get lab results from it. just to prove my case. I told them that I was surprised and very grateful. They sent it in the mail today. I took pictures of the meal and tossed it. Was it my fault for not checking at the table? Yea. Were they super busy that mistakes will happen? Of course, were all human. Did I expect to be told "sorry nothing we can do." Yep. (Mostly I just wanted to know if that meal was what it should have been, I wasnt looking for compensation) This proves it, Yea its a chain. However the people who work there are what makes it special. The food is ok. (Ive had way better authentic Italian) but the service is amazing. I feel good coming here if the management is willing to do something like this for a customer. Its Rare and if they arent careful its exploitable, But I dont think Ive been this much of a happy customer in a while.

Im giving this restaurant thats by costco in Nampa Idaho a 1 star because of how a waitress treated my husband and I. We went in for lunch, the food was great!! When we flagged our waiter down to get the check he told us that the receipt was on their nifty little machines and if we were paying with a card we swiped it on that or if we paid in cash we just leave the payment on the table and then just walk out. Well we looked at the total, put the exact amount that we owed plus a tip on the table and walked out. We get out our car get in it and one of their waitresses chased us out to our car with the little machine in her hand and accused us of not paying...we said excuse you our payment was left on the table like we were told to do. My husband walked back in the restaurant and talked with the manager, as he was talking to the manager our waiter walked up and said I am so sorry she did that I dont know why she did, she saw me pick up the money off the table and just proceeded to pick the machine up and chase you out. Worst experience of my life!!! I have never dined and dashed and for her to accuse us of not paying was an insult!!! I love Olive Garden, but I dont think Ill be going back to that location ever again!!!!!!!!

One of the worst restaurants ever! The staff is entirely too stressed and wound up to even be able to give great customer service. Just sit and observe and its blatantly obvious. Management just stands around chatting and lending no hand to the staff thats visibly stressed and behind. I watched the server next to where we were sitting get sat three times right in a row. How is it even possible for them to provide service to us customers that are spending our hard earned money here? There is a clear disconnect between the management team and the rest of their staff. I watched a manager all but scream at a poor young busser because they were clearly understaffed in that department. What a negative environment for these poor kids working there. I will NEVER support this restaurant and their piss poor excuse for managers. The hostesses are rude and act like its a pain in their side to even do their job when we walk through the door. I became increasing irritated when I kept hearing the shorter man, manager maybe?, and a couple other waiters talking very loudly about sports and not lending any support to those that were slammed busy. What a sad excuse for leaders here. Stay away!
