If I could give negative stars I would. My sister and I came to this Del Taco for breakfast...well we tried to anyway. We went through the drive through and when the cashier gave me my debit card back she said the transaction didnt go through. I was confused so I checked my account on my phone and not only had the transaction gone through it had already taken the money out of my account. When I brought this to the cashiers attention she continued with her "didnt go through" story and told me this had happened before and it wasnt going to charge me...tell that to my bank acount. She then preceded to tell me that if I gave her cash she would give me my food and if they had in fact charged my debit card to bring back proof of the transaction and I would be refunded...ummm what...Ive literally never heard of this...needles to say we went hungry that morning and I called my bank to reverse the charges. I dont know if I walked into some weird scam but I wouldnt risk it with this del taco

2/10/17 at 11:40 pm I went to Del Taco late at night to get my sister in law some epic burrito and my wife a quesadilla , i wasnt expecting much just the usual late night fast food service , but boy was i in for some 5 star service my boy Humberto got on the the mic and took my order . Man this kid he really gots it down he repeated my order correctly to the T, man i was impressed . Not only that he made some small talk to me about fries which i was wasnt expecting , he made my 5 min wait feel like 1 minute . There needs to be more people like Humberto hes the real MVP at that store . So if you get late night fast food cravings go to Del Taco on Happy Point in La Quinta and ask for my boy Humberto hell do you good .

Another poor management policy of putting the one that cant comprehend the English language on the drive-thru speaker. I asked for an egg and cheese burrito with light sauce. She asked, "No red sauce?" I said, "Yes, I want red sauce but light. Easy red sauce. Only a little." I knew something was up when it took a very long time to prepare my order. I was given an egg and cheese burrito with a watery mix of something white (sour cream, I suspect) mixed with very little red sauce. Sigh.

I ordered a flat bread chicken taco and the bread had mold on it, i took it to the counter to speak to a manager she refuse to come out and talk to me her name is melissa she is the store manager she does not have no customer service, the guy that actually help me he didnt even bother apologizing either he was really rude, all he said was ill make you a new one..It was actually my first time visiting this del taco really bad experience.

We came in exhausted from driving back from Colorado. Rosa took our order and we got our drinks. Quickly our order was done and because it was slow she brought us our food to our table. We sure appreciated that! Our food was yummy wonderful! Thank you to all who made that happen tonight.

Pulled into the drivethru and got "trapped"...took TWENTY minutes to reach the speaker box on a Sunday NIGHT! ANOTHER 15 MINUTES TO GET OUR FOOD. NO APOLOGIES AT ALL. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. MY THREE YEAR OLD NEEDED TO GO TO BED WE WENT THERE FOR FAST FOOD!!!!!

WORST dell taco ever! I was waiting for my food for over 20 mins. When i told them that i have been waiting for my food longer than everyone else they said they "forgot". I only got 4 simple $1 items and i got my food way after people who ordered way more then me.

I live close to this del taco so im here pretty often! Theyve forgotten my food a couple times but most of the time they redeem themselves by giving me my food plus a drink or some frys! So awesome of them. Thank you for the great customer service

I thought it was a 24 hour del taco but Ive been there twice now at 4:00 am and the heavy set women tells me theyre unable to take my order and to come back in 15 minutes.. they were taking a nap in the dinning room.. BS Ill never go back...

Very good food but place is super dirty. Once I asked an employee to clean a table which looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks, she was too busy on a personal call but she asked the cashier who was very kind and helpful (Pablo).
