If it were possible, Id rate this restaurant at 3-1/2 stars instead of the integer rating of 3 stars I had to choose. Its a decent, sit-down, Mexican restaurant with a wide selection of good food. Its especially nice in their bar area because they run various daily specials. Also, we find the bar to be more comfortable than the actual, regular, dining area (more open, music isnt as loud, sunnier). The only "hard" negative we have is that its just a tad expensive for us: after everythings included, it costs about $13 per person for lunch. But then, again, it IS a sit-down restaurant with quality ingredients, waiters, real plates, and flatware. We also have some "soft" (i.e., personal) negatives: the chips are thicker than wed like, the salsa is a bit hotter than wed like, and the non-cooked parts of their taco salads are very cold and the cooked parts arent hot enough to warm those up. Still, if we want a "real" restaurant experience and if were looking for Mexican food, this is on our short list.

Wow so lets start with the service she was not on her game knowing tacos take less than 10 min - however after 22 mins passed, we asked the manager to please check on the food for us. He then brought the plates immediately over to us and the pork tacos were cold and not to temp. We inform the waitress of the tacos being cold and she laughed. Previously when the manager walked past her and made a comment about the tacos the waitress said that shes over it. You either like working in a restaurant establishment or you dont. We asked a different waitress to please bring over a different manager and he made sure things were smooth and comped the bill, however when a manager brings food to a table he should know if its up to par. We like to dine out from tacos to tapas...but this experience was not quality at all. The entire time she was behind the bar assisting the bartender with drinks instead of focusing on making sure the food is delivered to the table.

We come to this restaurant once a week; which is usually Friday or Saturday.. Makes for a wonderful end of the week down time. We are creatures of repetitive patterns and order pretty much the same ie.. Food.. Only as of late... starting approximately 4 weeks ago... freezer broke so, NO draft beer to be sold...3 Weeks ago they ran out of COLD beer mugs.. beer did NOT remain cold for very long.. last week, the kitchen left out the chimichangas out of our "Sampler Dish"and of course our waitress went and spoke with the manager and corrected this problem.. Today, AGAIN, NO COLD MUGS AVAILABLE! They must have some kind of idea/estimate how many customers they will have on week-DAYS, week-ENDS and times? Waitresses are not to blamed! Management is!

Tried it for a second time, no different from the first. Very small portions The Fajita looked like it was ordered off the kids menu 7 strips of steak and very few peppers and onions. We had the same complaints last time we visited, we spent over $60 and was given $35 to come back. It wont happen again. All you can eat enchaladas, they brought you 3 and didnt come back until we were waiting for the check. STILL NO MANAGER DOING A WALK-THRU TO SEE HOW THE FOOD WAS IM SURE HE OR SHE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR THE TRUTH. I think word is getting around there was maybe 10 tables filled in the whole place during dinner

The live guacamole is great! The drinks arent week and prices are avg for any mexican restaurant. The food is great but the the live guacamole is what makes me come back. They take 2 avocados, and mix it in with the fixings right at your table and there is enough to last 3-4 people as well as taking some home. The food is quick enough for how busy it gets and the flavors are tasty. The chicken was slightly on the dry side but the brisket and carnitas were great

This place is a family favorite. Our service is typically outstanding when we eat here, and the food is always made right. The Corona margaritas are exceptional. The portions are generous, and the temperature of the food is always right. The cost of this place is a little high, but overall its a 4-star restaurant for my family. When we leave we are always full and happy.

This place was great when it first opened but the quality of the food has gone way down, even though the prices have risen. The decor is nice. If you are in the main dining room the tables are very close together giving a very cramped feeling. Service is hit and miss. Due to the prices and decline in food quality I really can no longer recommend this place.

Food is good but service is consistently poor. Even when confronted this afternoon the manager wouldnt assume responsibility for her employee and service (us) the customer. Weve eaten at this location several times and have experienced this same type poor service. However, Natasha at the bar was fabulous.

I love the Friendly Staff & Chefs at this Location. Everytime we visit my 2 sons ages 8 and 5 love running up to the cooks counter and the chef lets them make their own tortillas from dough. Great Prices & huge Portions- Everything that makes for a Perfectly American Family Dining Experience

Most places you can tell a Mexican restaurant by the way the salsa and chips taste. The salsa was very out of the can type the chips were not authentic as well. The food was decent. This is a commercial location for Mexican fast food. This is place is one notch lower in taste then Roberto.

The food was good, the service was great!! Especially our waitress Amanda L. Who was super pleasant, and helpful her attitude sweet, her customer service amazing! Had not had such a pleasant experience in a long time even my husband smiled, because she was so pleasant! We will be back!

Horrible service 2 of the 3 meals ordered were wrong, no tortillas were brought for fajitas, and then to top it off they over charged us! Never going back to this place again service has gone to crap the last few months! The employees do have plenty of time to smoke out back though!

$18 for steak fajitas seems a bit pricey. Could have provided a bit more veggies with the fajitas. Steak had some gristle in it. Service was a little slow for only having a few patrons about 11:30am. We havent been there in quite a few years and now remember why. Just okay.

Everything was terrible. Beef was full of gristle, Busers sat down at tables they were supposed to be cleaning and made cell calls. Servers were inconsiderate, like this was a 2nd job. Food -- excluding beef -- was passable at best. This place will be gone within 6-months.

Im really surprised about the bad reviews for this establishment. The wife and I love eating here. For the best value try coming on a Tuesday to the bar area for "Taco Tuesday". All you can eat tacos for a buck a taco! I highly recommend the Taco Tuesday, great value!!

I only have two words for this place; IT SUCKS!!! Food is ok but not good, service is horrible, server had an attitude.... This place was good when they firts open but now is not worth it, we r not coming back, so that been said please dont waste ur time and money here!!
