Used to be my favorite place to eat. This past weekend we ordered our usual meal. As soon as my husband had his first bite, he gagged and spit out the RAW BONELESS CHICKEN WING. Wish I could post pictures if not just one piece but ALL our boneless wings were RAW. I tried calling to complain but no one answered. Since my husband is a previous employee he knows the manager MARK. We call his store in Nampa and lets us know he will meet us at the Eagle store. We get there to ask for a refund and we get denied because "its against store policy". Marks excuse for the raw chicken was " it was a mistake ". SERIOUSLY ?! A mistake would be forgetting what sauce went on our order or not enough sauce on wings something small but how the heck do you mistakenly forget to leave the wings in the fryer till it beeps?! While my husband keeps asking for a refund the very unprofessional manager decided to say " Im going to leave now ". Cmon now... dont run away from an issue like that. We could have gotten food poisoning from eating the RAW CHICKEN. Mark if you read this... Id be so embarrassed to have been the one to hire the employees at your Eagle store. None have any idea of what great customer service is or what a clean table should feel/look like. They all seem so unhappy to be there. You as a manager definetly NEEDS to go over the 10 commandments of customer service ! After that youll realize You have horrible employees at the Eagle store representing wingstop.

I have nothing really that bad to say about the food. Its not bad, its not great, what ever. In not a BDubs fan boy so thats out there. But I do have a problem with the staff. Zakaraya to be exact. Not only was he very talkative when we were trying to order and go because we were short on time but as we waited for our food, in assuming his girlfriend came in. After giving he a drink cup so he can have a free drink while she waits but waiting for our food to "cook" he came out to sit with her exchange words, and one of the most unprofessional ways of public display of affection (PDA) I have seen while on company time. There in nothing like watching an employee lean over the table to suck face (sounds included) with a girl that just walked in. Then 18 minutes later when we got our food. He read back to me what was in the bag which is stupid if you think about it, just reading the recipe, not looking at whats in there. As he read I noticed that there was a nice thick layer of black something under his nails.... I really hope he was to busy trying to get that girl pregnant instead of making my food because, "damn, when was the last time you washed your hands!?!" Any way long story short. Food is okay. Not going back because of employees service and lack of professionalism, and hygiene. :)

So I ordered a 50 piece catering for my birthday party. The website transaction failed and we were notified by email that the order did not go through and I need to call the store to set it up. I called and ordered and we had the food delivered on time. Wings were dry and tasteless for the most part. One flavor was okay. The veggies that come with it are about 5 carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks for 50 pieces of wings. Come on, theyre cheap veggies... Anyway, we were charged for the online order and again in store to pick them up. I called for a refund and spoke with Will C at the Meridian, Idaho location just a moment ago. His attitude was beyond disrespectful and very rude. I am amazed that I have had this bad of an experience. I was told by Will C that there was nothing he was going to do about it and that I had to keep calling back until I could reach a manager someday. I asked to have the manager call me back and I was told he would not do that for me. Horrible experience. Next step is speaking with their corporate office, which Will C assured me does not exist.

I really wanted to like this place. I consider myself a chicken wing fanatic, and eat wings twice a week. Boise doesnt have a whole lot of selection for great wings, unfortunately, so I was thrilled when I saw this open. The problem is the wings just arent that good. Pretty much on par with KFC type stuff. I would have thought that a store dedicated to wings would be better, but its pretty much just a deep fried wing with the .99c/bottle wing sauce you can get at Walmart poured over it. A whole lot of Meh. I do like the concept and design of the restaurant, and a cheap easy place to get wings really could be a big hit. The online ordering was a nice touch. Disappointing. Hopefully they will improve, but for now I cant say I would go back.

Like a previous reviewer wrote, I too, wanted to like this place. The prices are reasonable and the little restaurant has a good feel. They have a few TVs mounted on the walls to keep you entertained if need be. The staff was friendly and good about explaining the options on their menu. Then we got our food. Soggy. Thats the word my girlfriend and I kept repeating as we bit into our not so hot, hot wings. The fries were the same story. Soggy and a little heavy on the salt. We actually laughed at how ridiculous the food tasted. The sauces werent that flavorful and the ranch was a bit too runny. We took a chance, and chances are we wont be coming back.

Not only do I love eating at Wingstop but my kids do too! We love everything about Wingstop from the service to the delicious French fries to the wings. Our first time there the guy helping us I think he said his name was Javier, let us try the sauces to ensure that my kids would like them. He was so patient and friendly. We go there very often because of the great service and even more delicious food! I recommend Wingstop to everyone who loves wings!

Absolutely fantastic!! My work team has been eating there once a week for nearly a year. Every-time we eat there, were glad we did. BTW ... all the flavors are enjoyable ... but a sure winner is Louisiana Rub! The workers and owner are all great. Shawn is the Best! Thanks folks. You give us something to look forward to every week!

Honestly for a place that specializes in wings i expected much more! Actually the hot wings i get from Dominos taste much better. Giving soggy undercooked french fries with it to make you feel like your getting your moneys worth is just a bad idea. I can say that if this is the best they can do i will not be back..sorry!

Love, love, love this place. Since discovering, my husband and I have been here probably more than we should have. Every time we come in, our experience is fantastic. The employees are always phenomenal and the wings are spectacular! Highly recommend their wings over every other wing available.

Great place to get wings to go! I would say a great place to eat and watch football as well. The service was great, value was comparable to other places, and the food was great too. The place is very clean and the way they pack the food to go is good as well. Its all about the details!
