This is from an UberEATS point of view and something that people who order UberEATS should think about. I walked in and there was no specified area for UberEATS. I had to wait in line like a regular customer. Once there, one of the cashiers decided to answer the phone that had just started ringing even though I had been in line for a while. I explained I was UberEATS so that she knew I was losing money as I was waiting. She didnt care. She told me to wait for the other cashier who was still helping other customers. When I finally got to the front, the order was not ready and the cashier handed me the cup and told me the customer asked for a Coke. I explained that I am the delivery driver and not the person who is supposed to prepare the order. I tried to explain that she doesnt even know where my hands have been and that should be a health safety issue. Her attitude was terrible and she told me to cancel the order if I was going to refuse to make the drink. This issue alone, I will never be going to this Wingstop even though it is not far from my house. I lost a lot of time and money and the customer had to wait longer for their order since I canceled and walked away. The staff is extremely rude also.

I odered take out. 24 boneless wings bcuz I was told it was a 2 hour wait 4 bone in wings. I ordered 18 Louisiana rub and 6 mango habanero. I called this location back after picking up my order 2 speak 2 a manager just 2 tell them that the 18 Louisiana rub boneless wings were verrrrry salty. A girl answered the phone when I called and was about to place me on hold right away till I asked 2 speak 2 a manager. She said "ok hold on". She came back on the line 2 tell me "the managers are in but not taking any calls right now". So I told her now its gonna be a bigger complaint. She goes "ok goodbye". I just hung up. I was just going 2 let the manager know it was very salty and just 2 make a different batch. But this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I wasnt going 2 make a big issue but just 2 suggest that they might make another batch and wasnt asking 4 a refund or a discount.

Service was the worst I ever seen. Wanted to place my order in-store, a 50 min. wait, I didnt want to wait that long. Later got home and was craving chicken so I decided to call and place my order and they put me on hold for too long. I hung up and placed my order online, again a 50 min wait but I didnt mind. A little over an hour passed so I decided to go pick up my order. Got there and lines out the door, unhappy customers, it was a mad house. I patiently waited in line and Long story short, got to the counter only to find out that the order I placed an hour in advance was going to take another 2 hrs for 10 chicken wings!? I just turned and walked out because the staff was already taking a beating from everyone else and of course a manager was nowhere to be found. I guess its chinese food tonight.

The staff was friendly and the order was ready fast. However the wings were disgusting!!!!! No flavor what so ever. The lemon pepper tasted like a plain wing with no seasoning. The louisana rub tasted like something that belonged on seafood. OILY OILY OILY!!!! The fries tasted like MUSH by the time they made it home less than 10 min away. These Corporate Wing places are messing up the wing game. Las Vegasneeds a mom and pop wing place to come that can serve some quality flavorful wings.Wingstop stop being so stingy with the seasoning we want to taste the flavors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First I call to order ahead of time, and I ask for my regular order. The lady (who is new) tells me after small confusion (still) that I asked for a combo... The total differance isnt my problem... So I ask for her name, and she hangs up. I show up later and then found out show was new. Still, she said I asked for the combo?? I spoke with the manager Teresa and she then gave me a hard time after I tried to explain her coworkers attitude. I am disappointed and will not come back in to this location. W Craig rd/Simmons

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you like under cooked, soggy food at a premium price, then Wing-Stop is the place for you. You will receive wings and fries that were either cooked in low temperature oil or have been cooked along with too many other items for one fry basket resulting in SOGGY, UNDERCOOKED, OILY, DISGUSTING FOOD. then they will give you a hard time and make excuses when you tell them their food is gross. Bad business, bad food, , , Wingstop!

Horrible costumer service. Placed my online order, picked it up and it was messed up. When I brought this to their attention, no Im sorry, well get it fixed but I got an um, ok.. 20 mins later got a corrected order.. but yet again wrong.. and still no sorry but instead they asked to see my receipt to confirm what I was saying was true.. and still no apologies about the mess up or wait.

Give me the wrong food and I was all the way home before noticing called and manager stated she was going to allow my daughter to pick up lunch for self after work. 3 hours later when daughter got off she goes up there then she says you have come in a different day.

The parmesan garlic boneless wings tasted okay, but I could literally wring the grease out of them and ended up with a puddle with just one wing! Extremely greasy, but not bad. Their parmesan garlic had real parmesan and garlic, not a sauce.

Well the service sucked they said that the food would be ready in 20 minutes its 40 minutes and counting and the food still isnt ready .Somebody isnt doing there job and they need to straighten up and im just now getting my food at 10:02

The wings are very small. They were super greasy. There has got to be someone who can make wings not dripping in grease. They left out 6 of my wings. I had to go back. They corrected the error.

Better than bww. And i use to go once a week to buffalo wild wings for the last 10 years but they give yu less wings for more money every year i found my alternate wing place

My experience was quite Pleasant and all the female staff there are exquisitely beautiful. I think that this will be the Wingstop that I go to more than any other Wingstop!

Wings are great and fresh. Frys are tasty. You have to eat the food there or food quality suffers not their fault. Great food great service. Give them a try.
