I love Wing Stop. Every Wing Stop Ive gone to has been awesome... except this one. The store is large compared to most, cleanish, and has the same basic menu as the rest. Thats about it. The employees were rude, the bathroom was horribly designed, the food was meh, and the set up was kind of off, really. My table ordered three different types of wings, veggie sticks, fries, and drinks. The fries were soggy, the celery had rotten bits on them, the carrots were cut into incredibly small bits and had brown areas on them(on cut up carrots! I didnt even know that was possible!), and the wings were drenched in oil. And when I say drenched in oil, I mean there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the different wing containers we got. It was gross. And here is the best part. Outside of croissants that were from Costco, this was all we had to eat that day. In less that three hours, two of us were throwing up. The two of us that ate the Lemon Pepper wings. We were the only ones to eat bone-in wings and the only ones to get sick out of nowhere. As for the employees, most of them were quite rude. They seemed incredibly stuck up and self-involved, carrying on personal conversations in the middle of the restaurant, standing around while pretending to be clearing tables. I couldnt believe it. I figured they must have just been overstaffed for the hour to have so many people just standing around. As to the poor design, that is in reference to the layout of the restaurant. While Im sure the horseshoe set-up fits more people in, the separate drink areas had different selections, which meant that my niece didnt realize that she had to go all the way to the other side of the restaurant to get her lemonade because they, for some reason, had it there and not at the other drink machine. A minor offense in truth, but it just piled on to the rest. The bathroom thing was just poor planing, also. My size 0 niece had trouble turning around inside their bathroom stall. That is kind of ridiculous, especially in the land of the elderly. Now I hate to post negative reviews. I generally only post bad reviews when something really gets to me. This place really got to me. Ive been to seven Wing Stops in 3 states and this place, brand new though it is, was the worst. I really hope they improve because they are so close and I really do like the chain. The one positive thing I can say is that the ranch dressing was the same as always. Thats good... ish. I will give them one more chance. Maybe I had a series of unfortunate circumstances. I hope that was the case. But something tells me Im wrong.

I enjoy the food here, but the quality is a bit inconsistent. The dipping sauces are good, the French fries are good. I prefer the classic wings to the boneless, but thats just personal preference. Despite the occasional inconsistency, the wings are tasty even on the off days. That would be enough to reach four stars except that the staff has been generally disinterested in doing more than the bare minimum to complete the jobs. I may have simply managed to miss interacting with the hard working, customer service oriented staff members each time Ive come... But after a number of visits and the same humdrum attitude from several different employees, Im starting to assume thats all they have.

This place is a joke! No wonder the place is always empty they are completely Unorganized! Nothing like the ones they have in the Bay Area! I made an order online an hour in advance so I could take it to work and they told me they didnt have an order for me even though I got a email from them confirming they received my order. The food is great but the service at this location is absolute GARBAGE!!! Management needs to reevaluate the employees they currently have

Please dont go to that wingstop. Worst customer service and very oily food never again. This wingstop has been the worse ever!!!! Especially the woman with Dreadlocks. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. She looked as she was ready to jumped me when I did not picked up my fries right away. I rather go elsewhere than that bad customer service.

As I sit here I am watching the management let the people cooking the food way cookies while they are cooking HEALTH CODE their is no class they are cussing and playing around talking about kicking some girls ass no educate or pride in the brand I would like to see all staff fired and a new crew take over they are running a great place in the dirt.

Worst wingstop ive ever been to i was ordering my wings and three beers for my friends and one of the workers there was moping in the back and tells me what am i looking at and tryed to fight me ...and the lady taking my order tells me she wasnt gonna sell me my beer, this place sucks

Customer service is the worst. Women very rude. If you dont like your job please find yourself a new one. I would totally rate it 0 but obviously I have to put at least one. Anyways women was discriminating my brother for not knowing how to order.

Wingstop is my go-to for great bone-in wings. They are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch and the lemon pepper, garlic parm, and traditional wing sauces are great. So are the fries!

Best place ever to get wings, make sure to order ahead on their website as they can take upwards of 18 to 25 minutes to prepare. Best place in the desert, in my opinion to get wings!
