Was in on new years Eve for take out, we even called ahead. The food was good as usual. The customer service was poor, very unorganized at the take out counter. Between the 4-5 little girls walking around in circles not one had any communication with the others. Took 10 minutes to pay and another 10 minutes to get my food. Turns out my take out bag was one of 3 or 4 bags I seen sitting on the counter top in the kitchen from the moment I walked up to the cashier to wait my 10 minutes just so I could pay. And then another 10 minutes for someone to actually turn around and walk four feet, read the name on the plastic bag and then turn around and walk another four feet and then question me twice if I had already paid or not. Truly remarkable B-Dubbs! This was at your Franklin and eagle location.

BW3 is one of the few chains we will periodically visit as we travel the country and mostly eat at local places. My son is currently addicted to hot wings, and these are his favorite. This location delivered on flavor, but the star of the show was service. We came during the lunch rush and told the server we werent in a hurry. Nevertheless she helped us get more for less by steering us towards the quick lunch specials for two of our orders. We didnt care if they came out fast, but they beat the clock by several minutes. Everyone enjoyed their wings, and we devoured the cheese curds, almost ordering a second batch. Wed definitely eat here again if in the Boise area.

Like the location and outdoor seating...food portions were good-sized and everything tasted great! What I didnt like is that they are located between two tall buildings that cause a pretty good draft, and use paper products for everything, so trash was blowing away if you didnt keep your hands on top of everything... Suggestion: Either go with real deal dishes put doors or provide some kind of creative container to put used napkins, etc.. in them so they dont blow away and male patrons who are trying to enjoy lunch, feel bad... :)

Good appetizers, good entrees and good beer. The only downside is the wait time, but thats to be expected in such a great location downtown. We went to watch the ufc fights and had to wait around 45 minutes to an hour for a table. One thing thats cool is that they will bring you appetizers and drinks when you are standing waiting for a table.

Im not really one to write bad reviews but this place definitely deserves it. The restaurant was pretty empty, we waited 20 minutes and asked the waitress if it was almost ready and she assured us it would be ready soon. After waiting another half an hour we decided to just leave as it appeared they werent even working on our food.

1st time in Boise idaho...back home(MN) bw3 is great....horrible customer service...employees very awkward and we sat for 5 minutes before we helped...even though only 1/10 filled...later young lady apologized and stated she didnt know who our server but she would help...maybe their not use to seeing

Two days in a row..They have gave me the wrong order Day 1 The waitress have me a completely different order.. So I gave the cutest waitress her tip Day 2 the Big Daddy Burger was so Red...I thought they killed the Cow and put it between to buns and added Cheese Terrible Terrible Terrible

Fantastic wings.. Love their ghost pepper spice.. Would appreciate more desert spice options in the dry areas.. Uhmm nice.. Milder atmosphere to a wing and bar joint. Honestly places like cheerleaders and tilted kilt annoy me. I like the class to this wing joint

Good selection of beer, over 30 types on tap. And of course the wings. If you want a quiet place to eat, this isnt it. However, if you want a place to watch sports, regardless of which direction youre facing, than this is your place.

The food is OK and the staff was nice but when I asked for a large print menu it caused quite a stir. I did appreciate that they had a manager come assist us but having one or two large print menus on hand would have been much nicer.

Every single time I go in there, its a 20 plus wait for my food. And the food still does not come out fresh. And the day "manager" is not compassionate about his job. Once he agured that my food was fresh when in fact it was not.

I went in for take out to enjoy buffalo wings at a New Years Eve get together. When I opened the Medium wings up there was no sauce. Very bland. Very disappointed. $30 worth of crappy wings.

Food is pretty good and it is nice to have an open place so late in downtown. My only gripe is that when I went in at 1230 am the music was so loud I could barely talk to the person next to me.

Pros: Chicken wings/various sauces, close to downtown, nice place to hang out with your friends and/or watch sports. Cons: usually long wait times for seating, to take your order and get food.

New location in downtown is great! love the wings and its so easy to walk down during lunch. Remember Tuesday all bone-in wings are 1/2 off thats a good deal.
