So here is the deal guys, we have gotten food from here on multiply occasions. The first time was fine, but the second time I got cold wings and had to wait 40 min to get said cold wings. Then I went a third time and they messed up my order and i had to wait for them to fix it. Now this last time, I ordered food online, when I got there they had lost my order, I suppose they "found it under a stack of papers". Now Im sitting here waiting for them to fix my order again and they think this is funny. I wish they would hire a whole new staff, the food is good when made right, just seems like this bunch is a little low on the IQ scale. How do you lose something under a stack of papers if you didnt have it in your hand in the first place to put it under there?!?!? Well, guess there is not much hope for the human race with "children of tomorrow" like this today. Makes me sick, Good Day All!

The food was really good! It was my first time going, I had the garlic wings and they were AWESOME. The fries, AWESOME. We got hot sauce on the other wings (cashier let us try it before we put the order in) and it seemed hotter than the sauce by itself but they were still great! Next time I will get the mild since Im such a wimp! I meant to order the bread but I forgot so I will also get that next time! It did take quite awhile for the food, so I would call ahead for sure. There was 3 or 4 other people waiting for their orders ahead of us and they seemed to have been there for awhile. I would definitely pick this place over Buffalo Wild Wings and probably Wings n Things too.

Literally the worst wing stop in the Inland Empire. Service is terrible, the staff socializes whether than speak with the customer in front of them. Very unprofessional. They dont take the food out of the bags and show you everything, just as every other wing stop does. They typically will place me on hold an average of 15 minutes OVER THE PHONE BEFORE TAKING MY ORDER, but thats just the phone inside the place its even worse. Screwed up my order on more than one occasion, they lack respect and consideration of other peoples time. DO NOT GO TO THIS WING STOP.

The food is fine, nothing special, there are very wings places in the area. The real issue is with their service, on Tuesday night I came here with my girlfriend and she went into the chipotle next next door and was able to hey her food and come back before I got to order mine. It wasnt busy and it then took another 15 minutes for my food to come out. With only 5 other people in the restaurant I would expect better service. On top of that the coke was warm when it came out of the fountain and there was no ice in the machine. Will not return.

Been here about 5 times, terrible service every time the employees do NOT care about you or your order, my second time going here I called 35 minutes before and they put me on hold. I was on hold for another 15 minutes then drove over there while on hold I went in the store and it was an accumulated amount of 35 minutes on hold then I go in there and tell them how long and he said "Oh I dont know what to say about that" I will NEVER go to this wingstop again until they hire new employees!!!

Ive been to this wingstop about 3 times. First time I went in my food took 30 minutes to come out to me even after I called ahead. The second time I got cold wings and waited even longer than 30 minutes for them to fix my order. After reading some of the good reviews I decided to give it one last try. I walked in and there was a girl in the kitchen wearing street clothes. VERY unprofessional. This is the WORST wingstop around. Will not return. Hire a new staff, maybe itll get better.

I ordered online. It gave me the time to pick up my order because it would be ready. By the time i got to the restaurant it was the time it had given me to pick up. But unfortunately I still had to wait 20-30 min for my order to be ready. Once I finally got it everything was cold! I hate cold food. And the fries were almost burnt. Very disappointed with the employees very slow, inattentive and careless. They all appeared to be confused and sleepy. Mostly likely never going back!

Came in Sunday at 3:15 & didnt get our order until 4:18. The cashiers were not attentive. They wrote our name wrong & couldnt identify our order & left us sitting for 30 more minutes until we approached the cashier for the third time. The LDS pad you gave to alert us of our order never worked either. There were no cashiers of legal age to serve beer. We will not be back to this store.

decided to try it out and i sucked. It took 30 minutes to get my order to go. I purchased a small family pack and ate 2 pieces. the sauces are not good and cajun flavor was really dry. It feels like frozen chicken nuggets.The only decent thing was the bread and you have to buy it separate. save your money or drive down to WINGS N THINGS in Murrieta it will be worth it.

Im giving this a 1 start because of their customer service. Nobody greeted my girlfriend and I. They kept us waiting and didnt even apologize for the long wait. I guess they were counting the register, but still. They had us waiting without anybody saying a word to us. Also whats up with them not including ranch with the wings. Thats just wack!

I have been here a few times and I only give it three stars because of the food . The place is dirty. The trash can was over filled. The lemons and stuff were all out . The drinks were all flat so they had to compensate by giving the drinks in the fridge . The tables were dirty. The food was slightly over cooked this time too.

My first time going here and it was the worst place I have ever been. Customer service is poor food portion is very small and I didnt even get the right stuff, I order potato salad and they gave me fries I asked for blue cheese and ranch only got blue cheese. I will never ever come back to this place again.

Food took over 30 minutes to arrive, wings taste like a bottle of salt, after I finished eating my lips felt like they went swimming in sea salt. Besides that fries were OK, nonetheless I did finish my food, time to go home with high blood pressure. Probably wont come again but worth it if your hungry.

I was so excited to hear this was opening in the shopping center I work in, but over half my wings were dry and hard. I was so disappointed. It was a complete waste. I dont even want to go back and try them again because I dont want to waste my money again. Very sad :(
