My husband and I went there a few weeks ago to watch a playoffs game with a friend and we very much regret it. We were sat quickly and the girl was nice. The problem came when our wings came out and they looked like they were drizzled in the sauce and barely had anything on them. My husband pointed it out and asked for more sauce and she charged us .60 for each sauce! We dont care about the price but we cared that they didnt have sauce to begin with and then were charged when they werent correct in the first place. At the end of our stay we asked for a cake to go and she told us that any to go order had to go through the hostess. That doesnt make sense. After talking to her she said she would do it herself so we wouldnt have to worry about it. Awesome, right? Wrong. It took 15 minutes to bring out the cake and they didnt have it to go. When I told the girl who brought it out that it was to go she left for another 5 minutes to put it in the box. My husband has a picture of us on his debit card and the waitress saw it and commented on how cute it was blah blah blah. She goes and swipes our card as well as the friend at the table and just gives them back. When we got home we noticed that she charged both of our purchases on OUR card. She specifically noticed our card so its not like she didnt notice when she did it and we wouldnt have been upset if she told us then and had the manager fix it. We called the manager the next day and he said he would call us when he "got it all worked out." Its been TWO WEEKS!!! Every time we call to talk to them "the managers arent available right now." We have left our name and number and they still havent gotten back. tl;dr Wings had no sauce, to go order took 20 minutes, charged friends food on our card and still havent fixed it.

The wings & fries are "ok" depending on who is cooking at the time. I cant tell you how many times Ive picked up take out and the fries were cold and soggy and you could tell the wings were old and had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Of course when youre at work you cant exactly waste another 30+ minutes driving back and waiting on a new order. As for dining in, the wait staff is pathetic. The waitresses are either rude and dont give a crap, or they have no clue what they are doing and it takes forever to get your order. Even when the place is dead service is always extremely slow. When everything clicks however, the food is awesome! Unfortunately there are no other chicken wing restaurants in Idaho Falls. There used to be Wingers on Hitt, but that place was a joke when it came to true "buffalo wings". (They did however have an amazingly friendly wait staff.) Who would have thought it would be SO hard to find good chicken wings (or since Im on the topic, good BBQ) in Idaho Falls. It really boils down to poor management at this BWW location. I dont like complaining when it comes to restaurants, but when I have its never helped, because during the 3+ years Ive been eating here, nothing has ever changed. This place is very inconsistent when it comes to food quality & wait service. Its a gamble really, so... good luck!

Buffalo wild wings has come under a lot of fire in the past year. A lot of people are willing to generalize everyone and everything that encompasses a name that the media puts out. So awhile ago, a Buffalo Wild Wings owner decided to put no guns allowed signs on his business. It is a franchise after all. Last time I checked it is a free country and has the authority to do that on his private business. But hey, its America, we like to pick and choose which freedoms suite our needs. Anyways, that was that owners decision and everyone was so quick to blame ALL Buffalo Wild Wings. What Im trying to say is that dont immediately gives this place a bad review because of your personal bias. Give the business a chance by going in person. Now that Im done with that, this place does have long wait times. Its a popular place that usually gets large orders. If you are in a hurry, I would go somewhere else. If you want to relax and watch their plethora of TVs then this is the place.

SOO disappointed with our experience. What used to be one of our favorite restaurants, Buffalo Wild Wings in Idaho Falls is now completely off our go to list. Service was very very poor even with us being 1 of maybe 5 tables and a very slow time of day/week. They no longer serve half the items they used to, 2 of which were my husbands favorite and main reason for eating there. We ended up ordering the nachos which had practically no beans, no cheese, and more lettuce than anything else including chips. The quesadilla, which ended up giving me food poisoning, tasted like cleaner, as if the cook had cleaned the prep table with some sort of chemical and not wiped it off before preparing the chicken. Might I add, the quesadilla only had probably 5-10 small chunks of meat to begin with. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. So sad to see one of our favorites go downhill so fast. Not what it used to be. :(

Usually I love to go here.. Until I came in today for happy hour, sat down about 1:50 and finally left at 2:10 after the server completely ignored my table.. She brought out food for the table that was already there then walked past us and went to the table outside that came in after us. Even after she got there drinks she didnt stop by our table to ask what we wanted to drink or say shed be back to take our order.. Just awkwardly smiled as she walked past our table 3 times!! I was about to ask the manager why the hell we were being ignored but noticed he was interviewing someone so we just left and even then no one asked why we were leaving or said thanks for coming in when there were at least 2 workers per customer in the building. I am a server myself and am understanding if someone is busy, but there was no excuse for the inconsiderate behavior. Wont be going back anytime soon!

I have been to BWW dozens and dozens of times. I have had a few bad experiences there, but when brought up, management has always gone out of there way to take care of it. With that said, I have been there enough to know approximately how much things cost to dine there. However, when I went the other day during happy hour (assuming my beer would be $1.50 off), had 2 of them. When I received my bill, I saw that there was $11 in beer. Asked the waitress, and she told me that was the happy hour price. When did the price of a single beer go to $7.00. Well, so much for watching any more sporting events there. Its no longer a sports bar, its an expensive restaurant with televisions. Sorry BWW, your prices have gotten out of hand.
