We went to the gateway location with some friends about a month ago and were SO excited to find one close to our house. There was an unusually long wait time, but, being a waitress myself, we tried our best to be patient. We ordered a pitcher of beer, which came out half full because we were told the keg blew and so he agreed to only charge us for a 20 oz beer. We ordered a $15 burger and 30 wings, a handful of $3 margaritas and a basket of buffalo chips, which we remembered as being SO good from our experience at the gateway.... The chips were definitely not seasoned as we remembered, not to mention half of them were burned. The chicken was good, chipotle lime, a sweet bbq, and a raspberry chipotle. But as soon as it cooled down it got really tough. And the burger was good, but not worth $15, for sure. The burger was far too thick to enjoy the rest of the sandwich. All in all, after tip, our total came out over $100 for 3 adults and 2 kids, sharing "3 meals" between us all. They charged for the kids sodas, which never got refilled. They (fixed it, but) initially charged us for the full pitcher of beer. Each cup of sauce is a buck. And they recommended a 20% tip, which i did leave, BUT, we definitely wont be back. We waited, and waited, even waited 15 minutes for him to pick up our check and 15 more for him to bring it back after fixing the mistake with the beer. They are verrrry overpriced for eh food and a rather negative experience with the service. Back to bdubs we go....

Giving up on this place for another year.... About 5 years or more ago this place was great. Always a bit slow, but wings worth it. Since then, increasingly, it gets slower, sloppier, ruder (or just indifferent), slower, screwed up orders... They are are perennially understaffed. Poor 1 or 2 waitresses running around, missing orders, not returning for half hour, no water etc, etc. I said, "Your owner must be a tightwad"... Turns out he was sittin there at the bar the whole time, drinking away, yuckin it up with whoever, watching the game while his place was in a shambles, angry customers to the left and to the right, and this knucklehead just clueless..... I guess we will try again in a year or so if its still there.....

Worst place Ive been in the last year. I ordered 12 wings and a side of Nachos. The waitress was over her head and didnt get to us for awhile which wasnt a huge deal everything part of the experience was slow. The nachos came out visibly burned. Then the wings came out. Not sure if the cook wasnt on their game or something but these wings were not good by any means. Little Caesars looked like a Five star joint in comparison. DEFINITELY not worth a buck a piece. The "boneless" aka chunks of chicken (no breading just a little 1x1 cube) were a joke and both sauces I got were not pleasing. I had to force down traditional buffalo sauce wings. You shouldnt have to deal with that when a meal costs ~20 bucks.

Terrible and unsafe!!!! Server took half our order then just walked away. Waited 20 min to just get our appetizer. While waiting in hopes that someone else would at least take our order we witnessed: staff wiping theur noses then touching food and drinks, handling dirty dishes and not washing their hands. One would have hoped to be able to address this with a manager but as we figured out who she was she proceeded to scratch her behind then garnish a drink! She touched the fruit with her hand that had just touched her butt!!!!!! Our appetizer came burnt so we promptly closed our tab. Hope to see the health dept here soon

Came in for the first time tonite to watch Sunday night football and have dinner. Ordered beer, wings and a burger. After getting the beer and waiting a good 15 minutes I was told, "we are out of buns." Interesting. Ok. So ordered more wings and fries. They dont have fries but rather chips that are hot. Well, the chips are not very good at all. Kind of soggy. Not really cooked. So anyway - wings are kind of just ok. No buns! Bad chip/ fries. Dont think I will be coming back. And would suggest you look elsewhere for good food and beer!

If you market yourself as a wing-joint (see what I did there?), you better have good wings. My wings were definitely dry and overcooked. Also, the menu was confusing. Who sells wings by weight? Everyone knows the unit-of-measurement for wings is... ONE WING. Instead, you have to ask, "How many wings in this size? Okay, how many wings in this size?" Lastly, I just spent $16 on wings. Are you really going to charge me a full dollar or another tablespoon of blue cheese dressing? On the positive side, my service was fantastic.

worst service! we have been here 2 times now and each time the service got worse. The food has been Slow....the waitress never actually brings our food out and we have issues every single time. We even got told our food was given to another table!! are you serious!! It feels like we are pulling their teeth out to get our order placed, asking them what drinks they have and in the end getting the correct food. I will no be going here again and will not recommend anyone here. Gave it a shot and it shot us down.

Weve pretty much given up on this place just because of the staff. The food is really good but the two grouchy draft horses that are ALWAYS there are less than what you want for servers. You kinda get the attitude that they dont want to be there....then they hang out and smoke when it appears their shift is over. Dont make the place you work into your personal hang out too. Its an appearance thing, which whoever runs this store should address.

TERRIBLE wings! I ordered 2 types of sauces and both boneless and bone in wings to sample what they had to offer. It was all terrible. The chicken was just tossed into the oven (who ever heard of baked wings anyway?) with no seasoning on them at all (hello? salt?) and then dribbled (and I mean dribbled) with boring sauce. I sent them back and just had chips, thankful I didnt end up paying for those wings.

This is our go-to for wings. But it is an absolute must, in the opinion of all those I dine with, that you order extra crispy on the wings AND the buffalo chips. We prefer the wings extra extra crispy! The Cajun dry-rub is a good choice as well as the jalapeno honey barbecue.

What a JOKE!!! horrible service and the food was either burnt or stale ! Its bad when the people next to me was agreeing on their food being burnt too. You should change your name to 99cent Wing Nutz cause thats all your worth!! Never again will i come to this location!

Food is great, as always. But service at lunch time is horrible. One waitress just isnt enough. 75 minutes for three people, basic orders. We tried to add this to our lunch rotation, but we tried for times with the same results. Going elsewhere.
