The Twin Falls Buffalo Wild Wings is a joke! Every time I go there I hope for good service and am disappointed every time. When I go in and sit down my table is always sticky. I order the boneless wings and when I get them from the kitchen there is no sauce on them. I can still see the normal coloring of the breading. If I wanted chicken Tenders I would just go to KFC and spend a quarter the price. One time while I was in there the manager Jim told us he was sorry we weren’t satisfied with our experience and he gave us some coupons. When we got home we noticed that all the coupons were expired and he had crossed out the expiration date on them and initialed by them. The next time we went in we went to use them and we gave them to our waitress and our waitress thought we were the ones who initialed it. It is a good place to eat if you actually get your wings with sauce on them. Then you get the bill and see that it’s $40 for two people to eat food that wasn’t made right. One night when my friend and I went in there were 5 other tables and it took them 1 hour to serve us then another 45 minutes just to get us our check after we were done eating. Also When I go in the Manager Jim recognizes me and he will go to every table and ask them how their food is then when he gets to our table he just skips over us. I think the next time I want hot wings I am just going to go to Wal-Mart and buy a thing of Frank’s red hot then go to KFC because I will get the same quality food if not better. JUST GO TO KFC INSTEAD!!!!!!!!

Terrible service! The man serving us was cussing and even went so far as to call all the men at our table "bastards." He was constantly making excuses for himself for his terrible service--going so far as to tell us he "had to take a leak" and needed to go smoke. He acted as though he were drunk. Then when we were getting ready to leave, he watched as we filled out our receipt and as I filled in the tip amount--went so far as to say, "make sure you fill in a heafty tip there." He also patted my leg as I was getting into the booth and was making comments about sexual harassment. Def not a place for kids or people with any type of morals. The music in there was grotesque at best, and the food is so-so, something you could find anywhere else in town.

I came all the way from Tennessee an I have never had a great waitress like I did today. Brittany L you was the best an amazing waitress Ive had in years the prices was amazing the service was off the chart. You girl deserved the big tip you got an I hope one day you get higher up in your job you deserve it. I will for sure come back to BWW in Twin Falls Idaho for sure. People have there own opinion but tonight 3 guys walked in an had a blast because the waitress was on her A game tonight an took well Good care of us. My rating is based on the service my husband and I received this evening. I called and in an order to pick-up. The first time we phoned in they hung up on my husband. The second time we phoned in I repeated my order 5 times. Not a big deal I understand the atmosphere is loud making it hard to hear. Before hanging up I had the gal repeat my order back to me. Everything was good. Picked up our food and had an item missing. even though she had repeated it back to me, it wasnt even on our order on their end. I love the food but I did not leave satisfied with the delivered service.

The wings are always good, thought the hottest always tastes medicinal. The sides are good, and the environment varies depending on whats on the TV. Having some experience with MMA, I get drawn into the MMA fights on the TV, but my wife always has her appetite spoiled during those times. Overall, this is a place to go to with like-minded individuals who like specific sports. Not exactly a family restaurant. The only issue I have is that they need to bring back their ghost pepper sauce. It was hotter than anything, but it was good!

Stopped in here again on our way back from AZ. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. He thoroughly embarrassed my daughter by announcing to the entire restaurant that it was her 8th birthday. She still insists that I will never take her there again. I gave him a big tip. Another customer even bought her a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream as a result of the announcement. Previous Review: I always enjoy Bdubs. Waitress was nice, friendly, and helpful. Cute too, but thats not important. Would definitely return.

It differs on certain nights. They used to have an option to order your wings on the mobile app and add the extra sauce, but they removed it so now we have to deal with buying extra sauce and putting it on the wings ourselves. We usually dont go in to eat, and most of the time we order on the app, but whoever is on the counter is always friendly and nice when we pick-up our order. Sometimes your order is ready though, and sometimes you are waiting for 20 minutes after your pick-up time. Its really a hit and miss.

The food is always good but the customer service SUCKS! My husband and I had the same girl three times, she was very rude and kind of snooty when asking for our IDs, let us sit with empty glasses for 20 minutes and acted annoyed when I asked her for boxes. Ive just chosen to take my food to-go to avoid the snotty behavior of people who are in their 20s and think theyre above it all.

Really bad service, probably saw the waitress once to take our order and another time to bring us our food. Didnt even acknowledge me when i asked her for more water she justed wandered off... Got no napkins no refills my food was cold by the time i got to eat it because she got my order all wrong it was just a mess. Its a shame because i love it there just the service is all wrong.

It is nice to see Twin Falls get a new Buffalo Wild WIngs. Twin Falls needed something like this. B-Dubs is a great place to meet your friends or take your family for a fun event and watch some sports, play some trivia and much on great wings. The food is good and the service is friendly. They have a full bar and the place is nonsmoking.

Server forgot about us when we were there a while back and everytime we tried to get her attention she would pretend like she was busy or couldnt hear us. But they usually are good. Its a loud place to eat but some people like that. Really great boneless wings! The honey bbq is the best.

Service was good, friendly and efficient staff. Wide selection of beers, bar manager was going around tables in the bar area offering beer samples. I got a hamburger, wouldnt recommend it, not the best quality/testing beef. Next time Im in a wing joint, Ill stick to getting wings.
