If youre going to have "buffalo" and "wings" in your name you would hope that you could get those right. Buffalo wild wings proved that assumption wrong. The good. A lot of TVs, a lot of sports. I was able to watch the non-nationally televised MLS match I was looking for there. The bad. The wings were bad. Tried three different sauces, including the classic, and they all tasted bad. We didnt finish them. A note to management, if you want to see buffalo wing sauces done right, try dirty birds in PB and take notes. Service was ok. The server had a regular come in and completely disappeared on us. The place was less than a quarter full. Price was a little high for the quality (or lack thereof) of the food served. The beer selection is pretty much limited to your large conglomerate brands. Essentially a diverse beer selection as defined by an MBA who doesnt drink beer (we can buy it cheaply and it all has different names!). Im honestly confused about how this became a national brand. If you have any respect for yourself or your palate, avoid this place.

Our 4th of July ended at at bww right off the back the manager was rude she literly cut me off as I was trying to place my order and said Im not ready to take that yet , then she came back to ask us all what she ordered except me food took forever to be done wich there wasnt a lot of people at all there was empty tables so they were not busy took my soda dont ask if I needs a refill just tool my cup brought it back with something black inside my soda and after that she never came back to our table different servers CE over to bring us our food and a different server for our bill also I dont believe I dont anything to deserve this kind of treatment I had friends visiting from out of town we where trying to have a good time but this lady ruined it for us so if cuality customer service and a friendly environment is why u looking for avoid this place dont go there people are trippen to give that type of service to a complete stranger why , for what ?

I like it hot. I just didnt know what "Hot" was in their vocabulary and the menu has a long list of choices. I asked if I could try a few hot sauces to try to gauge where I would be happy in their hot spectrum. That is when I became a VIP! Peter the manager came to my table with 6 sauces and a basket of French fries for dipping. He took the time to explain each sauce one by one to me. That was awesome. I actually ordered hotter than I would have without the taste test and really enjoyed the perfect burn. I liked it so much that that I went back the next day and purchased my favorite sauce so I can cook with it at home. All of this came from the manager taking the extra time he did with me to make me a raving fan rather than just a satisfied customer. Thats the way to run a business!

The customer service is very poor. I called ahead for my order, got there 15 minutes later (they said it would take 10-15) and my food wasnt ready. I went inside and no one acknowledged me until I had to stop a server to get someone for me. The girl was pleasant enough, but she didnt bring my drinks. I reminded her about them and she came back to tell me they were out of one of my choices and to select another. I finally got my drinks and food, got home, and there is no ranch, blue cheese or carrots and celery in my bag. Also, my wings have sauce on about 5 of them and the rest are dry. I wont go back to this spot.

Placed an order online, and when I opened the box upon getting to my car, found that I was missing one wing and my appetizer was definitely skimped. I normally go to the mission valley location and they always open up the box to show how many wings are in it. I thought it was weird that the employee at this location didnt show my order to me when she handed me the food. But decided to give them the benefit of the doubt...my mistake. The food still tasted fine, but if you are picking up a takeout order, you might wanna check your food before you leave.

Pretty poor customer service. It was empty yet they wouldnt let us sit in the bar area with our friends, when we were a party of 8. My friends were vaping on the empty patio and a woman came out, wrinkled her nose and asked him not to smoke. I asked for salt and limes for my beer and she gave me an anoyed look, returned with one lime slice and said salts on the table. For an empty restaurant you think they would be nicer. Never had such rude service at a BWW

I was a little hesitant to come here considering the reviews of poor customer service but I had a great experience. The hostess was friendly and on top of the specials. Our server, Josh, was awesome! He was on top of our orders and food. And the food, well, Im definitely addicted to Asian Zing! Great service. Good wings!

20 minute wait even though there was plenty of seating outside. Beer was expensive even after happy hour deal. Wings are crazy overpriced regularly, but decent during specials. They just arent good. Reminded me of something youd buy in the frozen section of a grocery store. Go seek out a local spot instead of this chain.

Great experience.. i had the best bartender you could ever get... for such a large chain im actually kind of shocked. This gentlemen was so nice and attentive got me everything i asked for in a timely manner. Some of the best customer service i have ever experienced and i work in the industry.. THANK YOU GREG!

Not a fan and Ive been served cold wings twice unfortunately. It is very large group friendly and some of their wing sauces are very tasty and spicy. Not so much for their dry rubs which I love in other places. Service is good but the food quality suffers from time to time

Our service could have been better. The food was good, what you would expect from any Buffalo wild wings. But given it was a Sunday during football season, we showed up in between games so it was dead. The service could have been better given the amount of staff they had.

Best Buffalo Wild Wings Ive been to. When I go to one I expect horrible service with mediocre food but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Our waiter was super nice and our food came out in 11 minutes flat. Overall great experience.

Expensive. Got chicken tenders. They were the frozen kind held together with a chicken tendon. Flavorless. Took forever. Not even hot. Expensive stupid blueberry soda....not even good. Wish I didnt still have 15 left on the gift card.

I have been to BWW all over, and I had a great time at this one. The DJ was interacting with the attendees, and he put together a fun wing showdown. Surprisingly fun night for just wanting some food and sports on the boob tube.
