I walked into this empty restaurant just before 6 on a Tuesday evening. Surprising, as it was prime dinner rush, but as I stood and waited for the art-school dropout behind the counter to finish the engrossing small talk with her co-worker, it occurred to me how a place with such standards for delivering identical food from location to location can earn a bad reputation. I stood, zonked from my day-long drive to the great-lakes state, and waited for two minutes, in an empty restaurant, as the gal behind the counter weighed the decision to engage in the duties shed been paid to do. Now, two minutes might not seem like a long time, but let me assure you, hanger has a way of stretching that 120 seconds into an eternity, and I was mighty hangry. As she sloppily assembled the foodstuff, forgetting, and re-asking about every choice of accouterments I had made, it occurred to me that service is what defines the reputation of a chain like this. I love Chipotle, but this location? Never again.

I dont know why I keep coming to this chipotle. Today, the food was soooo bland. I came when it first opened around 10:50 and asked for new guacamole since the pan they had out was brown and almost gone. Clearly I know avocados oxidize , which the manager had to teach me lol, but I wanted guacamole that was fresh. The girl working rolled her eyes and reluctantly gave me some from a new pan. They would have had to refill it anyway Im not sure what the problem was. Overall, the food had NO flavor. The last time I went, there was a hair in my food so Im the fool to keep going back. This chipotle is in my neighborhood, but the next time I have a craving for chipotle, I will make sure I make the drive to another location. Terrible!

By far the most disappointing Chipotle Ive visited. Customer service was awful. I felt like I had to make an effort to make eye contact and to converse with the staff to ensure my order was accurate. We arrived around 5:30 pm, there was a line out the door and the staff was out of clean trays and kids fruit and chips. By the time we went through the line, 10 minutes later, they were out of chicken, steak, salad dressing, and vegetables. The only reason Im giving this location two stars is because the food was edible. Next time we are in the area we will be finding somewhere else to eat.

one of my least favorite Chipotle restaurants. They are very slow...most times they have one person making an entree at a time and this causes lines to extend to the front door at times. Always seem to be waiting for my steak be cut up or they just dont have what i want which is frustrating. also, some of the staff is just sloppy when putting food together. just throwing items in my bowl and the line is always a mess and it seems that the salsa always has sour cream mixed in. Gross! im just glad this isnt my normal chipotle.

Chipotle is good food in general. I always get he burrito bowl with tortilla on the side (no charge) or a bag of chips. I hate the fact that the content is not mixed (hence I never order the burrito...who wants a whole bite of just rice?). This location isnt bad, but is typically really busy during lunch hours (avoid between 11:30 to 1). I have tried ordering online (well in advance) and they will start making the food after I am there. I have seen that happen numerous times to others as well. overall not bad.

Ordered a burrito bowl and received soup... All of the contents in the bowl was left marinating in some broth from the chicken and beans presumably... When called and I asked to speak to a manager I was told that I shouldve ordered and specifically stated that I didnt want the juice from the beans in the bowl...I thought it was common sense to not have a juice sitting at the bottom of cardboard. More importantly the taste was greatly deluded due to the juice. Poor service both with the food and management.

I Loooove Coming Here. But There Should Never Be A Reason For The Chips To Be Stale And For You To Run Out Of Dressing. I Did An "ONLINE ORDER" And My Meal "REQUIRED DRESSING" Due To The Fact That I Had Ordered A Salad. Within The "2 Hour" Pick Up Timing...No One Didnt Realize There Was None Available???? Then The "Female" At The Register Told Me It Would Be A "20 Min Wait"!!!! DO BETTER!! It Shows Youre Just There For The Money...Not To Make Sure The Customer Is Well Taken Care Of!!!

This store had some issues about 6 months ago with staff not working too hard. THAT HAS CHANGED. Jerry, the general manager, has done a FANTASTIC job turning this place around. All of the staff are courteous and kind, and when they wish you to have a good day I feel like they mean it. Thanks everyone for making my lunch breaks relaxing! Chipotle serves great food. If there isnt much of a line its fast, but if theres a line itll take time cause they have to cook the stuff!

I dont know why I cant seem to get a well folded burrito from this location. They are always wrapped poorly. Also, please dont ask me what I want on my burrito before youre ready to put the items on. You forget. And I dont like to repeat. *Edit* Tried to give these guys a other shot. Ended up with a burrito that hadnt even been completely covered by the foil that had remnants of earlier foods on it because they didnt wipe the counter. Im done with this location.

Service and food availability has been subpar in recent months. I visit this location usually one a week. No chips available today (store just opened 50 minutes ago). The last time I was here they didnt have chicken or need prepared (with no one making any on the grill). Another time they had no green peppers and onions (even though the store had been opened for 25 minutes). I love the food at Chipotle - this store just seems to be very poorly managed.

I really love chipotle great food for a low price but this restaurant is really slow and the employees have terrible attitudes..... after today I completely understand.... so I get my regular bowl and everyone has this annoyed look on there face. As I sit and eat I hear the Manager yelling at employees that are asking questions. He was really disrespectful and I feel bad for the young ladies working here... he should be fired

Worse chipotle. I waited in line for 40 minutes and it was only 5 people in front of me. When I made it to the front the girl was rude and has a poor attitude. There was 4 piece of steak and I asked if I could wait the two minutes for more and she responded,"there is enough." Then they were just as stingy with toppings as ingredients. The food was very bland! I ordered food for first timers and they never want chipotle again

The service was so slow that people were walking out the door and going to potbellys next door. Not slow because of true business but of everyone talking behind the counter and NO ONE was being asked for their order. Been here multiple times because chipotle in general is good, but stay away from this place if you are in a time crunch with lunch breaks or just value not spending 35 minutes in line for "Fast Food."
