Long time customer but nevermore!!! I would have given them a zero if that were an option. Weve been buying pizza from the Maple and Cranbrook store (started when they were at 14 and Southfield) for over 20 years but will no longer be buying from them. The past several times we ordered pizza they screwed up every order. We bought the last pizza from this store tonight. Not only did they get the pizza order wrong but when they remade the pizza to correct it they screwed it up again. Didnt even offer anything for having to wait to correct their mistake. Good bye papa Romanos.

$20 for a large cheese pizza and breadsticks is certainly steep, if you are used to $5 hot and readys; however, the food quality is definitely high at this place. Delivery was fast as well, less than 15 minutes and we had our food. I would recommend this place; however, be prepared to fork out the door.

The guy who answered the phone was rude. This has happened several times. Not sure what is going on here....seems that they have list their customer service skills. Too many other places to go to put up with rude people.

Had first pizza from this location today. Paid for triple cheese, didnt get it. Too much cheap, canned tomato sauce. Crust tasteless and mushy. No "thank you" from cashier when paying for it. Wont be going back.
