I WILL NEVVVVVVER do a delivery order from here again that is for sure! EVER! Today I made a delivery order for Chicken Chow mein and Chicken fried rice. I paid a delivery charge, and I tipped the person who delivered. It was delivered to my place of business and they didnt give me any eating utensils. I called them back and asked them why I didnt receive you utensils and they responded with "We dont give utensils if you are in a home". I said "Sir, I am at my office, a place of business and we have no way to eat". He responded with "Cant you just go out to the store and get some?" CAN I GO TO THE STORE AND GET SOME AFTER SPENDING $20 ON 2 ITEMS and TIPPING?????? So they bring me 1 fork an hour an a half later, I opened the box AND THE ORDER IS COMPLETELY WRONG! They refused to give me a refund or anything and had a very bad attitude when I went up there.

The owner of the store got my order wrong, could call it a communication error but I showed him the text message that said what I wanted and I verbally told him what I wanted after I paid for the meal to-go and it was prepared I saw that the order was completely wrong and said, No this isnt right and told him again what I wanted. He got angry and said that I would have to pay again and that I told him the order wrong. I was getting frustrated and said fine Ill pay again whatever I just want the right damn order and you dont have to be an *sshole about it. Then he said *uck you man get out of my store I dont want you here again. GET OUT OR ILL CALL THE COPS. Never go to this place of bull-s they are rude, I vulger and nasty to theyre customers

I ordered for delivery the day before yesterday and my order was incorrect and they overcharged me. I did not complain that day because the food was pretty good but the order was completely wrong and overpriced. Today I ordered in the order was again wrong even though it had been a little while I had not even looked at the food until I woke up from my nap. Ill call to tell them that day had my order is correct once again the manager was very rude and combative. About the situation because he knew he had my order incorrect. I advise anyone who is Black not to eat there because they are very prejudice against people of color. My experience was horrible with management and customer service. And he has a nasty attitude that needs to be checked.

The food is decent. Its your run-of-the-mill Chinese quinine. They also deliver which is a huge plus. But the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. When you call in to order there is a 100% chance that you will be frustrated by the end of the phone call. No matter who answers the phone, they will speak with a tone that lets you know exactly how much youre inconveniencing them from all of the other more important things that they have going on currently. Most likely you will also have no idea whether or not your order was properly recorded, it is usually correct though I have no idea how. Ill give them 3 stars only because of the convenience of delivery, and the food is decent.

Absolute horrible customer service I have ever had in my life! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE ORDER FROM HERE! Our driver was over an hour late with our food, we called twice to see where the food was each time the lady was rude and dismissive to us. When the driver finally showed up he proceeded to yell at my husband and I about how it was Saturday night and they were busy and if we didnt want the food he would take it back and never deliver to us again. I was shocked at the behavior and will never order from these people again!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered a delivery meal and it came to me wrong because it had pork in the fried rice. No big deal.... fine so i called back and asked if they could deliver another fried rice the response i got was "pick out the pork" automatically i got very upset and asked for a refund and they told me to drive there and pick it up.... lets just say when i got there i had a few choice words for the manager.

Wow okay so I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but man do they live you to the reviews. I called to ask if they delivered, and it was too late, which is fair! I was willing to make a pick up order, but before I could tell her that, she hung up. Maybe its just cultural differences, but I dont think Ill go here in any case.

I recently moved to the Valdosta area and I was looking for a good chinese restuaraunt. I came across Hunan and they were quick, friendly, and the food was amazing! Its only Wednesday and I already have plans to go there this weekend after I get paid. I love Hunan! I dont eat at any other Asian establishment!

Ive always eaten at Hunan House. Ive tried a few other Chinese places but this one is the best Ive found. Their service is extremely fast and friendly. If I ever have any questions, theyre friendly to answer. The food is really good!!! I would recommend others eating here!

Worst customer service ever stupid attendants just smile and wont answer questions. Food was cold and noodles still frozen worst Chinese ever. Stupid owner refused refund for frozen noodles. STAY AWAY FROM THE HELL WHOLE.

I order from here all the time. The guy who answers the phone always sounds pissed off but I dont care. The food is always hot and fresh. The guy could be nicer.... Thats why i give 4 stars instead of 5

Phone ordering is a bit.....taxing, but the food itself is great......the boneless spare ribs are to die for. Overall good restaurant....Not the best in the city, but pretty high on my list....

Takeout food is really hot and fresh. Employees are of Asian decent, so English is not their strong suit...but that is okay since I am not paying for entertainment, just good food.
