Ive been through Valdosta multiple times and stopped here to meet friends for drinks. By far the worst restaurant experience Ive had, and we didnt even get to eat! We arrive at 7:05 and there was at least 16 people standing ahead of us in to large groups. We immediately noticed 3 tables outside and two large tables inside, none of which has not been bussed. By 7:10 no one from the staff greeted us or explained a delay. 7:15 the manger Shay came and asked how many, offered no response. Literally two minutes later, she asked again how many, and still no response to time, or offer of the bar (which had seats), and then took a group of 4 out to the patio. 7:25 some of the waitress start slowly cleaning some tables. One out on the deck and in clear view of the window remained covered in dirty plates and empty beer glasses. I watch patrons leave for other options. 7:30, I look out the patio, the group of 4 has no drinks and I could see on their faces not been served yet. 7:35 two large tables inside are clean, one small table is clean, still no drinks to the folks in watching on the patio, and not once has anyone said anything other than how many. I left- Shay if your the manager, you need help, you aint got it.

After an ever long road trip from Southern California headed towards the Florida keys, Boomer and I stopped off here for one beer around lunch time. Kessia was our server and she went above and beyond in personal service and friendliness. Her brother, a marine, serves his country dutifully. Every other employee there was outstanding. Having visited oh so many Hooters locations across the nation, this location stood out from the employees shining example of what a top notch Hooters should be about from the cleanliness of the inside and outside to the customer service and all around Hooters brand of the lovely ladies charm and appeal. I highly recommend this location for any travelers. Thanks ladies and if yall are down in The keys be sure to say hi to Dave and Boomer. All The best~ Honest_Irish and Boomer

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD AT HOOTERS. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS THEN THAT! WOULD BE TOO MUCH. ORDERED OUR FOOD AND GOT OVER HALF OUR ORDER WRONG. THEN SOME OF OUR FOOD WASNT EVEN COOKED. WE PAID FOR OUR KIDS FOOD AND DIDNT EVEN EAT OURS BECAUSE IT WAS THE WRONG THING. THE WAITRESS ONLY TALKED TO US TWICE THEN COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT US. IF I WANTED TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A PLACE THAT FORGETS YOUR FOOD AND SHOWS SO MUCH NEGLECT THAN I WOULD TAKE MY FAMILY TO MCDONALDS. THIS RESTAURANT GIVES THE REST OF HOOTERS A BAD NAME. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE.

Staff was friendly, place was not busy.but I believe there was a shift change taking place. There was at least 7 waitresses visible. Really wanted their wings. After over 20 minutes (timed it) of waiting and no one to even get our drink orders we went to BWW. Waiter took our order exactly 22 seconds after being seated. Buffalos Wild Wings was awesome! Ill see you soon hooters hope you get it together.

Last night was a horrible trip slow service undercooked wings never received fries was told by manager will alter bill because we had to wait so long then at checkout it was full bill plus the fries. I hope this was an isolated incident as its normally spot on

Ordered chicken strips and curly fries. Chicken came out but waitress said be just a lil bit on the fries. Almost had my chicken ate when waitress returns and said not much longer on your fries. Of course I said cancel my fries.

Ive been to many Hooters restaurants... Had great times at them all! But this place is different. And Im sure its the bartender "Lizzy" who makes the difference. The best Hooters bartender ever! And Oh so easy on the eyes!

Had a family brunch at this restaurant. Our Server, Arabi, provided some of the best customer service! She was on it, meeting all our needs. The food was good! Arabi is a gem for you, Hooters!
