I got take out from here for my first experience with Rusty Bucket. The place was PACKED, so I immediately thought "oooh, I bet its good then!". Dont judge a book by its cover! One of our orders ended up being returned due to all of the VERY fatty shredded chicken (not even grilled chicken for $5!!!) that was added as a topper to the salad, plus they forgot the dressing, we asked for no tomato and they put it on and omitted the onions instead. The fish tacos werent TOO bad flavor wise, but the fish was BEYOND dry! I actually questioned for a minute if I was eating chicken strips because of the way the fish looked. It wasnt at all opaque, but very white, dry and flaked. The only thing I did like were my sweet potato fries. BUT, then I realized they charged me for a separate side, even though I specifically said that I wanted it as a sub to my side for my fish tacos. Not sure I will be back to this place. Seems a bit careless. Though, the staff was very nice!

Probably the worst service I have ever had in my life. Meal was brought to the table, 20 min after the rest of the party was served. Its was well under-cooked. Send it back. Rest of the group finishes their meals... I still dont have my meal yet. My meal comes out, eat it. But boy was I thirsty, was never offered a refill, even asked for a refill and didnt get it. Everyone else got refills? And top top it off, they charged my full price for burger, that took almost an hour to get. Customer Service Fail. Best part was, when speaking to the Manger.. "I noticed you were sitting there for while with out anything infront of you...." Never going back

The Rusty Bucket is an excellent place to have a delicious meal. Everything is made in-house, and from scratch. The prices may be a little on the pricey side but the flavors and their daily specials on food and drinks definitely compensates for that. The ambiance is very cozy. Plus they dont play loud music like some restaurants. They have a lot of t.v.s to watch with friends and family! Its one of my favorite places to eat

The food was alright, but we were billed incorrectly (charged for wine that was $3 more per glass than what we actually ordered), and the server gave us attitude when this was brought to her attention. Then, the "corrected" bill was lacking the happy hour discount. Worst of all, 3 hours later one member of our party had the worst case of food poisoning hes ever experienced. We will not be going back.

Server was good, although it took 40 mins to get our food. Kitchens fault. 2 of our 4 meals were sent out by kitchen missing key ingredient. After we pointed this out we had to wait another 20 minutes while kitchen made missing dressing. Other 2 were done eating long before we started. $100 bill....no comp and a simple apology from server offered.

The place was pretty typical of a mid level restaurant like an Applebees but there was a very unpleasant odor here. We were seated right near the kitchen doors so I was nervous but since it was a work lunch, I stayed. I ordered the pesto chicken spaghetti and WOW!! It was DELICIOUS!! Best pesto pasta Ive had outside of Italy...really.

Brunch on Mothers Day. The service was good, and the restaurant is comfortable. The food was tasty enough, but uneven. I suspect they didnt have enough of either kitchen staff or facilities to support our 19 person group effectively. I would go back, but not in so large a group, and not for brunch.

I would have gave this a 5 star, but my waitress took awhile to get to my table and take my order. I think I managed to sit in the one booth with the worst viewing angle of the tvs too, lol. My buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing and really big, I got it with the spicyer sauce, superb.

OH MY GOOD GOD!!!!,..THIS PLACE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL,..MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE WAITRESS ASHLEY!!..the salmon salad is really,really GOOD!! As was the beef stroganoff!!...Ill definitely be going back there,.. Ill go back before GOD gets the NEWS!!..LOL!

I came here for a fundraiser to help raise money for animals, but this restaurant only had one vegetarian dish and no vegan dishes. The oxy moronic thing is having people help raise money for animals while eating them. Otherwise, the atmosphere and service were good.

My wife and I recently came here from NYC. They believed our ids to be fake so they waited about 25 minutes to decide whether they should serve us or not. We recently moved very close to the restaurant and was excited about it. Horrible customer service.

Parking lot was almost full but we were seated right away in a booth. Good beer selection and diverse menu. Service was good, the food very tasty. The only downside was the noise level-very high. That was the only reason we did not give it 5 stars.

Great food. Average service. I dont know of thats the general mood of the servers but for the job they signed up for they all always seems tired and a little groggy. I feel for them. Maybe they need scheduled breaks or something.

Ive been here 3 times for business lunch in the past week. Seems its a real hot spot. Great food ,friendly waitstaff and good prices. Nice outdoor patio too. Lots of parking. Gets busy but srved pretty fast. Ill be back.

Crowded, crowded, crowded. Which is kinda a good sign. Sorry, dont recall what food I had, but we sat in small room in the back but still had view of restaurant. Beer selection was varied and contained microbrews.

This is a good place to grab lunch during work. They have a great selection of craft beer for happy hour. The food is good, but nothing that is worth a rave review. Overall, this is a solid choice for a casual meal.
