After driving 60 miles today for Fathers Day....I was informed ....Sorry, no reservations.....we have no room. I explained I didnt mind waiting The reply , I will have nothing ! I understand reservations are takin care of first....but I am sure at some point in the afternoon, you could of accommodated a party of 3.... If reservations are absolutely necessary, you should let people know ! A nice 120 mile round trip for nothing ......I can assure you , it wont happen again...... MC Marietta, Ga.

It was less that we expected. The ambiance is nice but the food is lacking but was not that bad. For $17 bucks for dinner Iam determined to get my Moneys worth but can barely finish my 2nd plate. All of us in our table got so full real quick after our first plate even though We did not Eat much. The fish were real Salty. The mac and cheese is good and the rest is Ok. The experience is Ok but we will not go back unless somebody is treating.

So we went to Green Manor on mothers day 2016 a party of 18. We took pictures outside on the big grounds until it was our time to seat. Once our seating time was upon us we walked thru to a big room which can seat many people we got our party at two tables. Where the buffet is the area is alittle tight but you can make it work. The food was good not great, service was good not great but the time with the family was great.

Outside of building needs attention, the porch area needs pressure washing and cleaning, inside decorum needs improving there were ductwork from the air conditioner unit exposed in dining area floors and walls need detail cleaning and painting. The food appeared not to be prepared by a trained staff or a chef. The experience was overpriced, will not eat there again

This place is over rated. The food is Ok. The fried chicken is dry, canned collard greens, dry cornbread, the tomato soup taste like the spaghetti os sauce. All in all you would think that a soul food restaurant in Georgia would use fresher ingredients. If you dont feel like cooking this is the place but dont expect the best soul food.

Not worth 16.00 for dinner, the food was cold and sitting under the light for to long. The Peach punch is all right but too sweet. There was something that i think was sweet potatoes but they were cooked with too much brown sugar. Sorry not sure what other people are eating or how their taste buds work but the food is not that good.

Very disappointed and pretty sure I will not return. First the waitress spilled lemonade all over my friends dress, then there was a bug in my other friends drink. Pretty much just YUK, we dont have to come back. And instead of comping our entire bill they only gave 1/2 off for my friends bill. Wont return.

The best food you could ask for. The staff is wonderfully polite. Every single aspect of this establishment is beautiful and pleasant. I recommend you stop by and try it out. Two guest is about $30.00 with drinks and full buffet. Food is Southern style

Authentic southern food with a history twist! Its a former doctors house kept the most untouched as they can, great place to experience the traditional peach tea and stare around the furniture and decoration! Worth a trip to Atlanta!

Loved the charm of the place.. The food was very good. The desserts were not as good as the rest of the food, but still good.... Enjoy myself. I will definitely return and I would recommend this place to friends and family..

Good southern favorites served buffet style. The fried chicken was especially good as well as the roasted turkey. It does get very crowded and that impairs the traffic flow around the buffet area so plan accordingly.

Phenomenal place with great service. The Green Manor serves wonderful food and drinks with a beautifully placed dash of Southern hospitality. I would highly recommend this location for some great comfort food!

Soul food buffet style dining in a historic atmosphere. Seating is a bit cramped and the food variety is sparse compared to other buffets but the quality is good. Expect to pay $10- $12 per plate.

This place is awesome. They have the best soul food menu around. The food is always well seasoned, great selection and hot. The dessert menu is also pretty good. A must try is the peach punch!

The food is delicious. The buffet offered a wide selection of vegetables as well as other foods. Downside is having to go downstairs to the bar. Otherwise, its a wonderful place.

Peach punch is Kool aide. Overpriced, food is just a little better than ok. Desert was bad. Service was mediocre. Reminded me of Mary Macs tea room but buffet style. Over all C+.

A unique experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The property and the manor was beautiful. While the food tasted good. There was little variety and dessert was sub par.

Amazing food. After eating you will feel exhilarated, not bogged down like the chemical foods these days do to you. Excellent service. Pleasant atmosphere. Very much worth it.

Green Manor is the absolute best place to get southern food in Atlanta, from the fried chicken to the macaroni and cheese you can never go wrong.

The per pound carry out charge when you have paid for the buffet is NO BUENO, but outside of that, it was good food, nice staff, lovely home.
